Purchased a granite fire pit table and was extremely pleased with the unit and the customer service I received. While trying to make my decision I called and talked with many of the staff at All Backyard Fun as the cost of the table is signicant and I wanted to be sure it was want I wanted. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and very nice. I had a mfr issue once I received the table and All Backyard Fun handled the issue promptly and was a joy to work with! I would absolutely order again from All Backyard Fun and have already recommended to my friends and neighbors!

Jolene and Heike delivered and set up my Oriflamme firepit, gave me operating instructions, and were the nicest people. Follow-up on detecting a gas leak when we installed a second propane tank saved time and energy as we were able to fix the blame on the faulty tank and not the firepit.

What a great company this place is! We've had such a great experience with these folks starting with the Home & Garden show several months back. We've bought quite a few pieces from them & are very pleased w/all of it. They were easy to work with when we wanted to exchange several pieces for other pieces & upgrade some chairs. They have been great at keeping us updated with the status of our order & their customer service is 5 stars! Their delivery team was TOP NOTCH also 5 stars - the best we've ever had!!! Absolute kudos to those guys! I HIGHLY recommend this place & their furniture! GREAT JOB & thank you so much!!!!

We are very pleased and Happy with our new Fire Table! Well built and would highly recommend!

First off this company sells equipment and attachements that do not work together. You can buy a large fire ring and they will sell you the ring and an kit together. Though the kit will not work with the ring. The kit includes a valve that will only connect to a 5 gallon tank. That 5 gallon tank can in no way possibly supply enough propane for the ring. They did not mention this when I called and asked for recommendations. Why tell me I can use a kit that I can not use?

Next, I returned the fire ring to the address they provided and they stated they never got the fire ring. Where is it? USPS verified it was delivered and signed for at the address they gave me. No refund. This ring cost me almost $300! They have not tried to work with me and I am very upset of the poor service!!

There are many choices of companies through which to purchase a product on the internet. What distinguishes this company from so many others is 1.) They sell a fabulous product with the Oriflamme tables and most importantly 2.) they have customer service like we used to expect but have somehow lost in the digital era. When you call the store, you actually speak to a person, no phone tree. They quickly pull up your account.. They treat you like you and your order are important. They deliver prompt service, and they stand by their word. These "old fashioned" values are what set them apart from the crowd. Without hesitation I would order through this company again and I encourage others to do the same. You won't be disappointed!

I am very pleased with the purchase of our Fire Pit.The price was cheaper than the ones we looked at in our area. The costumer service was very prompt at Emailing billing and confirmation of when it should arrive. Could not ask for a better serviceand product. Thank You

I spent many hours searching the web for a "Fire table" and then I came
across All Backyard Fun's site. It was very easy to read, the photos of all the great products were great and I found exactly what I was looking for.
Before placing my order I talked with a most helpful customer service person as I had a deadline delivery date I mind and they expedited my order and it arrived with 2 days to spare.
The workmanship and beauty far exceeded my expectations. I would also like to thank Oriflamme for a GREAT product.

I was very happy with the prompt delivery and the product is beautiful. I have been enjoying watching the fire in my backyard. The product came exactly as advertised and each piece was well packaged so that nothing was broken. I would certainly use "All Backyard Fun" again for my backyard furnishings.

I bought a beautiful propane fire pit. When calling to question delivery day, they said they would check where the driver was and when he would deliver that day. They called me back within 5 minutes with a time. They were also very helpful when I called to inquire about the size and heat output. I would buy from them again!

I was on the hunt for an awesome picnic table for our newly-remodeled backyard -- preferably something in recycled plastic, that was round and seated eight people. All Backyard Fun had exactly what I was looking for, the online order process was simple, and my item was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. The FREE shipping was also great. I'll definitely shop the site again.

I was searching for a fire table to go with a new patio set. Found some in upscale catologs, but they were expensive.. So I did a search for other companies that sold them(Oriflame was my 1st choice). It was great to find All Backyard Fun not only carried them, but had many more options to select from. Their prices were great and I also received free delivery. Something the upscale company definitely didn't offer. The table was packed very securely, easy to assemble, and is beautiful! I did call and discuss the different granite options. They were very helpful and wanted to make sure that I was ordering exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered an Oriflamme fire pit from All Backyard Fun. I could not have been happier with this product as well as the service from this company. The fire pit arrived very fast. The freight company who delivered it was very good as well. The only complaint I have is that I have not yet received the cover for the fire pit which I ordered. It is on back order which is not All Back Yard Funs fault. All and all the experience I had with this company was excellent. I would do business with them again in the future.

We happened into the store on a lazy Sunday after reading an add in the paper and left with new patio furniture, a gorgeous fire table and some turf for our potty-training dog!

The product arrived in good condition, was packaged well and easy to assemble. I was not pleased with the freight company that was hired. The ship window was noon to 6 pm and the product arrived in the at 5:30. I asked the freight company for a shorter window and they would not comply. I live alone so I had to take 1/2 day off work for this delivery so whatever I saved on this purchase was offset by lost hours at work.

It was very easy to get the items I needed for my project
