I worked with Andy and he was always very pleasant and responsive. We purchased a fire table and furniture and they look fabulous.

Class act customer service, and a very memorable shopping experience. This is not my last purchase for All Backyard Fun!

We spoke to several people at the all backyard fun office before making our purchase over the black Friday weekend. We got an amazing deal and we are already enjoying with our family over the holidays. Our furniture and fire table are high quality and I would say look better in person than portrayed on the site. Thank you for great customer service. We will tell our friends.

The delivery company called to confirm delivery place and time. Delivery place was wrong - was the billing address. I spent a frustrating hour trying to contact and then confirm the real delivery address with the delivery contractor. My purchase arrived three days after their first telephone call.

The delivery address posted on the item at delivery was the billing address. I checked the emailed order confirmation and the correct delivery address was shown which is not the billing address.

It would appear the billing address has been wrongly used to print the delivery address.

Additionally I asked the delivery person if he could help me get the product around the back of my house. He was completely unhelpful.

High quality merchandise, best prices and exceptional customer service! So thankful we found such a great company to do business with - would undoubtedly do business again & have already recommended to friends!!

Found a propane gas converter kit for my Oriflamme table. Replacement glass in too many colors to count. Site was easy to use, prices were great. Received order very quickly without paying extra for expedited shipping. Will definitely use this company again.

Our new fire pit is a fantastic addition to our back patio--- we had family and friends over the other night to have hot chocolate and play games around the pit, what fun!
The quality is amazing, and while the product looked great online, it is even better in person.

We are loving our new Oriflamme gas fireplace! It was delivered in a timely fashion, was easy to put together and even easier to operate! The propane tank is hidden and it looks absolutely wonderful on our deck! It puts out plenty of heat and is beautiful to look at! We've already had to refill the tank twice because we've used it so much! Next order of business, order a spare tank!

The person we contacted by phone was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Our Oriflamme Fire Table was delivered as promised and we're very satisfied with our purchase!

Loving the Oriflamme hammered copper fire table we purchased through Backyard Fun. The table is high end and expensive. But worth every penny because you get what you pay for -- and the table looks great and works perfectly. Worth every penny the first time we turned it on and made S'mores with great nephew.

We ordered an Oriflamme Firepit that listed the product as "in stock". Not only was the product in stock, but it arrived at our home with 7 days of he order. Our order was aknowlwdged the same day, with shipping confirmation updated the next day.

We will definately check here first for our future needs.

Linda and I searched quite a while for an outdoor Fire Table. This table would be the center piece for an outdoor living space that we had worked on for over two years. In addition to the large winding 200 foot flower border, we had constructed a new 600 sf patio.

After researching perhaps a couple of dozen products, we liked the Oriflamme design. All that remained was finding the right seller. I called All Backyard Fun (ABF) . Andy spent about 20 minutes with me on the phone and answered my list of twelve questions. He went to the exact product and took measurements that we needed. The staff at ABF anwsered several more emails for us. Andy was patient, and during the entire process he never once gave the impression of being rushed. The fact that the company is family owned; attentive to quality; and American owned/ made convinced us. -- By the way, the fire table was shipped in very secure packaging with complete set up instructions. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY.

We did research and decided the Oriflamme gas fire pit was the specific brand that met our requirements. We could not find a unit in stock locally and the merchants wanted extra handling and shipping fees to order for us. We went online and found All Backyard Fun and Emily in Customer Service was very knowledgeable guided us through the ordering process in a very friendly manner. We were kept abreast of the order status and the unit was delivered as promised in fine shape. I would add the packaging and crating of the fire pit was excellent. All in all, All Backyard Fun handled this order perfectly.

My deck needed a fresh look. With help from All Backyard Fun design consultants, I purchased just the "right" quality patio furniture and Oriflamme Fire Table. Everyone was extremely helpful. Have received many compliments and am currently enjoying "solo and social" experiences on my beautfiul deck. Kudos to AllBackyardFun!

My experience was very good over all. My particular order ended up taking longer than what was initially communicated, though at my request they upgraded me to the expedited shipping which helped make up for a few days. They were very good in responding to any questions I had regarding the product and I was pleased with the experience.

The product itself (a granite firepit) was packed VERY carefully and arrived in perfect condition.
