It’s been in transit for 29 days now. Have yet to receive my item. This delivery time is unacceptable. No update on tracker since 2/27 either.

Cute Swan, well made easy to order...took a bit of time to come, and it would have been nice to know as it was a gift and time sensitive. But it arrived the day before needed so all's well that ends well!

Extremely long shipping times
Extremely long shipping times. Communication was quick provided details. Product was as expected. The Pillow seemed a little cheaply made probably not best for babies with small stringy soft cotton balls hanging off the sides.

Placed my order September 22nd and today (Oct 24th) it’s barely in New York. I didn’t even get tracking updates until about a week ago, thought I got scammed. Hoping to get it at some point in these next two weeks otherwise I’m just gonna ask for a refund, because 2months for shipping would be insane.

I ordered from ABK on June 30 and still…
I ordered from ABK on June 30 and still nothing! I’ve emailed a few times for a follow up and the last I heard it was supposedly stuck at customs. I find it truly bizarre that whilst there is a tracking #, it is not assigned to any courier company. I’m bitterly disappointed as was so looking forward to receiving the fit bumper for my son. Please send a refund. Thanks

Returning customer - highly recommend!
This is the second baby nest I've bought from this company and I couldn't be happier. The product is made with great quality fabric and I love that when I had questions about the product the customer service was quick and friendly. They were very helpful in answering all my questions. I highly recommend this company and their baby nests. They are the perfect little lounge spots for baby ti hang out in.

Never got my order
Never got my order. Was told that it got lost and that a second one was going to be sent rush delivery and nothing ever came of that either.

Hello. I am very sorry that it happened this way, but the postal service lost your package twice.
When we found out about this, we immediately refunded you the money for this order in full!!
I apologize for this unfortunate inconvenience, but if such an error occurs, you need to check whether the specified address is correct or contact the post office with a question as to why this could happen.
Your packages were tracked to the last point, to your post office in your city, and then disappeared.
From our side, we have done everything possible to always be in touch with you and resolve this situation.
But the best solution to this problem was a refund.
We are extremely grateful for your understanding, all the best!
