Shills and scams
I signed up for rebate opportunities. I come to learn from the rather confusing email from Dee, that the rebates must be bought. No instructions how, and it is not in the FAQ. The email makes references to the home page that doesn't exist. When something is made this complex, a deception is in the works. The so-called testimonials read like shills. I participate in other rebate sites for a couple of years and Elite Rebate is the most complex and nonsensical.

Not skeptical anymore
When I first heard about Elite Rebate I was skeptical. I couldn't believe that I would get 100% of my money back. I decided to try it and it worked! I received my rebate within hours. Their Buyer Team Manager is very helpful and always replies to questions quickly. They have some great products, but not very many and they go quickly. They recently changed their payout rules for new members. New members now have to wait 35 days for our rebate instead of within 24 hrs. This was a disappointment, but once I buy 10 items I will be able to get quick rebates again.

Wait time for rebate is excessive and favorites are chosen
They make you wait 35 days for a rebate. After 30 days you can no longer return to Amazon. Therefore, if there are any problems with the form, the code, the website, or anything you will not be refunded and cannot return to Amazon. So you are out the money. Most companies who run rebates from Amazon refund after the item is shipped. There is no reason to wait 35 days for payment. It’s inconvenient. They also beg for orders for the supplements daily and you are supposed to opt in for the better items. I have seen tons of people complaining they never get chose for the better items and are only ever selected for the supplements. Other groups run on 1st come, 1st serve. That ymakes things fair. However this group is choosing favorites which makes it unfair to many people.

Melissa, we make new members wait because they do exactly what you pointed out and return items in an attempt to steal money from our company. After 35 days and 10 rebates, your rebate duration improves. So, the more you prove to be a loyal customer the sooner you get your money. ELITE members will get rebates in 3 days (and right now during beta we are rebating 24 hours for members who pass this holding period). It's important to note that most members are willing to wait for FREE items.
Additionally, most rebate companies (at least the big ones) do not wait until the product is shipped or again, the member can RETURN the item and pocket the money. We've seen it all, and frankly we put up with it for too long. If you're not willing to be patient with us and prove that you are a loyal member of our website, then I am sorry but Elite Rebate is not for you.
Lastly, we give away thousands of units each month, each member can only purchase the same product once every 30 days, and we typically give away hundreds of units of the same item over several weeks. So, if you come on early in the morning (or, HINT, very late at night) the rebate you are seeking will likely be available.

Extremely archaic platform
Good products and fast payments but the method they use is pretty archaic, error prone and time consuming.
You have to fill variety of forms at multiple links to be able to get the rebate.
Apparently they just overhauled their website but looks like nothing changed. They could've easily integrate everything into their website but they chose not to. Makes no sense.
If you want to deal with multiple forms and pray you didn't make a mistake during filling the forms this is a good rebate website.

Hey Mark, thanks for the feedback. We are going through some major developments on our website and building out features as soon as we can. Currently the payment functionality must be done outside the site until this feature is built out which we anticipate being a few more weeks.
In the meantime we still send 100% cash back rebates but the process is just a bit longer. Most of our pioneers (first members) understand we're still in beta testing and they are willing to go through a few extra steps to receive free products.
Hang in there and it will all be worth it!

Fun and easy
I have been using Elite rebates for over a year now. I get products from using this site. I have received slash pads, ski goggles, drones with 1080 camera, pulse oximeters, vitamins and supplements we already use everyday, walkie talkies, toys and much more. I have never not received payment for my products I have tested. I highly recommend everyone use this service.
