Manager robbed customer’s phone
According to the witnesses, a family group had booked a tour from this guide, but their system failed to show it and customers already paid for it with confirmation email. Then manager show up and refused to refund for it even it’s their system failure. It later got intense from arguing, one of the family member started recording, in case anything happens, that’s the moment the manager robbed his phone, tried to delete the video, took it with him and left the shop, drove away , until customer called the police. customer service lady came back with the phone, only verbal warning to them, and manager got away with robbing customer’s phone. DONT GO TO THIS GUIDE

my friends received booking confirmation email but not allowed to get on the coach. they were told it was a system error.
the manager grabbed my friends phone trying to delete the scene.

Giants Causeway Dark Hedges
A good way to see outside of belfast especially if you don't want to drive. Our driver Lindsay was brilliant he was funny very chatty and gave us lots of information about the places we saw. I would definitely recommend I booked through a site but will book direct next time. Value for money
