We were initially quite apprehensive about making a will, but Charlie was very easy to talk to and explained the process in simple, layman’s terms. We would highly recommend Allguard Services and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Charlie helped us with both of the Lasting Power of Attorney documents . He was not only professional , but demonstrated that he was able to empathise with a client. We had delayed getting our Wills sorted mainly because we did not really know who to go to and who we could rely on. Caroline was recommended to us by a colleague and we can fully vouch for the first class way she helped us through this process. Caroline visited us at our home and talked us through the options available.. She was punctual, kind and took time to listen and evaluate our situations. She explained the options with clarity and patience. At no time did we feel any pressure and we decided to proceed with Caroline preparing our Wills. She did this promptly and accurately. She returned again to sign and witness the documentation, again punctually and professionally. I believe the charges are wholly reasonable and the level of service given to be exceptional. Caroline needed a lot of patience to explain some matters to us, and I must commend her for achieving this.
