Allguard Services Avis

Allguard Services responded to our request immediately and the advice given has been invaluable. We have used them for many years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their company for financial services.

Our Wills needed to include provision for a future vulnerable person, and Allguard Services knew exactly what our Trust options were.
What we thought would be a daunting process, proved otherwise. Allguard Services had a great deal of knowledge and sound advice, and handled our family needs with compassion.
As parents it is hugely reassuring to know we have planned for and can safeguard all parties for the years ahead.
We would highly recommend Allguard Services.
Thank you.

Now that both our sons had reached the age of 18 we wanted to create a Lasting Power of Attorney, to make preparation for the uncertain events of old age. Our long established financial advisor recommended Allguard Services. We also decided to take the opportunity to update our wills.
Charlie came to the house and talked us through the process. He asked us what we wanted to achieve with the LPA and our Wills. Charlie reviewed the existing Wills and suggested some improvements. He explained the options clearly, giving us plenty of time to ask questions. Later, he drafted the documents and sent them to us to review in our own time. He returned to the house to talk us through and make any adjustments we wanted. We always felt that we had plenty of time to review details and make our own decisions.
I would definitely recommend Allguard Services. Charlie was friendly, helpful, and thoroughly professional at all times.

From requesting Allguard Services to draft my Will through to its completion I found Caroline’s prompt communications, guiding me through the process, excellent.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Allguard - informed and efficient, explained options clearly, personalised approach, and made the process very straightforward.

The whole process was stress free and everything was explained clearly from beginning to end. Communication throughout was great and I would definitely recommend using Allguard Services.

Charlie was very helpful and professional. He visited us at home to discuss our Wills but was also able to offer useful advice on probate and IHT.

Very prompt. Excellent communication; helpful and considerate

Charlie was amazing. He was professional but friendly and explained things so they were easily understood. Would definitely recommend Allguard Services.

We contacted Allguard Services to write our will. Charlie was most professional and helpful from start to finish. With what at first appeared to be a daunting task, Charlie assisted us, taking all eventualities into account and explaining very clearly and concisely all technical jargon. We were very happy with all the knowledge they provided us with, and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

A very professional and friendly service. Caroline is the ultimate professional, she is very knowledgeable and efficient. She gave us excellent personalised advice and everything is pressure free.

I contacted Charlie to get a will written. After a short call to discuss how it should be set up and any questions were answered about the legal jargon, a draft will was sent to me for review. Charlie then visited me in person to execute the will. What could have been a rather depressing awkward situation was dealt with in a compassionate, efficient manner. I would highly recommend Allguard Services for a will.

Charlie was well presented, friendly and efficient and eager to please, so often missing with big companies !
I am happy to recommend his services.

Communication throughout the process was excellent. The process was explained thoroughly and each step we needed to take was very clear.

Caroline made the process of writing our Will so easy, as well as being efficient she was empathetic to our needs and at no point pressured us to make decisions. I would recommend her 100%
