Great customer service i spoke with sam who made me realize the importance of protecting my home and family and he stated that he was fairly new and didnt wanna give me any wrong information wich i greatly appreciate his honesty he then transferred me to Mark stearling a Specialist and he was great as well answered all my questions and got me set up with an appointment that fits my schedule. Thank you so much Sam and Mark ! I cant wait to have my system installed next week !

Great technician

Tyler was very professional and explained everything about the security system to me and my husband in detail. I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He went through all the cameras and paperwork in detail and answered all questions. He also left yard signs and window stickers for us. I have to say I’m extremely pleased with his service.

I appreciated the representative's patience. She understood the problem and stuck with it until it was resolved.

The only employee who had a kind, considerate demeanor was Shawn, "the doctor".. I had the pleasure of speaking with him twice today. He was calm and always displayed a positive attitude which helped me to get a handle on my situation. He is an asset to your company!

I called around 5 to 6 times and no one else was able to help or seemed to care that my alarm went off approximately 9 hours! Each employee should have to sit in an enclosed room and have to listen to the alarm for at least an hour in order to help them understand what a customer may be experiencing. I was even told by my payment contact that it was net their problem. When asked to speak to the supervisor, she said that she was on the phone and leaving in 4 minutes. I tried to explain that I only wanted her to call and help me find the right person. I told her that I couldn't sleep with the alarm going off. No help was given. This lack of understanding and help is a very negative response for the customer. What has happen to the old adage, "the customer is always right"?

Thank goodness for Shawn!!! He saved the day.
