This company is a joke

This company is a joke! This company is the middle company like the middleman they offer no service all they do is go around and sell for other alarm companies such as Brinks! I wouldn't recommend this company at all they say they charged the amount but in two years it will go up 10 to $15 hours and don't believe that there is no such contract ask lockdown. The salesperson comes to me saying it will be 59 99 for the next 5 years if I sign a contract and there will be no increase whatsoever he lied

The young man I talk to customer service was beyond a five-star he was awesome I thank God so much I speak spoke with him I have talked to someone else and they seem like they were Clueless he made it so easy to take care of my problems

Great service

On Mon. the 27th of Aug. the young men that were here were very nice and explained everything to me and that I would get a lower price from them, and it sounded good. So I signed up.

Worst customer service & Products

I can NEVER get ahold of anyone!! Their customer service is horrible. My doorbell and cameras have been offline and no one answers at customer service...... what a joke! They talked me into non hard wired cameras and said you would maybe have to change the batteries 1-2 times a year..... yeah right! Try every 3-4 weeks AND the batteries are uber expensive. I am beyond frustrated with this company. Unfortunately, I’m locked in a contract.

Bad customer service and no technical…

Bad customer service and no technical support. My door bell camera has not been working for over a week now. Called all the phone contact on the website. Could not get hold of a technical person to come look at it. I hope someone will come soon and help fix this ASAP. Name on account is Adegoke Oluwaseun. Kindly check and revert back.

We finally got our door bell camera fixed after my husband called that we will be cancelling the service. Eric Prior helped resolved the issue. He was very kind, efficient in rectifying my problem, and also apologized for the challenge in contacting customer support.

Dishonest sales rep

The sales rep told me that the credit check would be a soft check but instead, it was a hard check TWICE- once by the company and once by their finance department. Also, I cancelled my service but they still took out the monthly payment for 2 months after I cancelled. I did get that money refunded, but it was a hassle. And what I can’t get repaired are the two hard checks to my credit.

The customer service provided by Sean Crowley was above and beyond. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful when I had some questions about my mother’s account. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks Sean!

Horrible service and cheat

The service is horrible, I had the security system installed on 7/7, and i had 3 days to cancel. I called back on the 9th to cancel it, but no one answered. Received a call back from a manager whose name was Peter, on the 10th, and said that the company will come on the following Tuesday, the 17th, to have it uninstalled. I waited home all day for the people to come, no one showed up. I then called them back again, to confirm the uninstallation of the system, but they then said I cant have it removed without paying a fee, since it has been more than 3 days, which was their grace period. I feel cheated and lied to by the company, their customer service, and the manager Peter. I cant cancel my agreement anymore because it has been more than 3 days, but i also dont want to keep the service. I am stuck between paying 50 dollars every month for 3 years for a service i did not want, or, pay a fee of over one thousand, because they wouldnt come and remove the service upon request.

Your wait time is too long nobody ever return calls and I been having problems with my security every since I got it you have the worst customer service I've experienced

Sean Crowley, in customer service, helped me with my camera needs. Even when the manufacturer had a back order on them, he really went the extra mile to make us happy. He showed excellent customer service every single time we talked on the phone. It was at least a dozen times that we talked due to the doorbell products not available to them. Thanks to Sean’s advice, we ended up with outdoor wireless cameras instead, and that was the best solution for us.

Jessica Bledsoe, our technician, was so helpful and explained to me how to use the Arlo Camera system. She set up the system and hung the cameras. She showed excellent customer service every time we spoke in the phone or in person during the install.

If you want a Security System, Alliance Security, is the way to go. They actually care about you, the customer.

Our technician was amazing

Our technician was amazing. Patient and knowledgeable. Usually techs want to come in and out... he took his time, explained how the system works and asked several times during the visit if we had any questions. 5 star service.
