After calling RAC and paying their breakdown costs I would have waited 4 plus hours to be picked up in 30 degree heat so found this private company online and was really happy I did Barry was very friendly and helpful and even had a drink for me when he rescued me from the m1! Thanks Barry! Think I’ll cancel my breakdown cover and use private in the future as it’s worth the money and much quicker and reliable

Barry could not have been more helpful. He was stuck in traffic on the way to me and kept me updated throughout on his progress. He went over and above as when he picked my car up he noticed what I thought was a blown tyre was actually a broken suspension which had punctured a tyre! He told me exactly what had happened and what I needed to explain to the garage when calling to get it fixed. He also noticed a tyre where the tread had worn and needed replacing. After the worst start to my Monday and an awful day he definitely made it all a lot easier and am very grateful he noticed the suspension issue so I could get this looked at rather than assuming it was the tyre. Thanks Barry!

Phoned up to arrange a recovery, was told a truck could be with us within the hour and given a fixed price of £195+VAT (£234 total). They took an authorisation of £50 as a holding deposit and all was arranged. Simple.

Within 15 minutes, I had a call from the driver, Barry, he confirmed the location and we exchanged WhatsApp pings.

I could then see his progress towards us, which was very reassuring.

Barry was really helpful and friendly, and the journey home was comfortable.

On arrival, I paid the £234 by bank transfer and we were all done.

Would definitely use again in the future, and thanks to Barry for making a difficult situation painless.
