For the electrician and service 5 stars. The lost star is for the very high price (which we were told about upfront on the first phone call). Initially phoned a different 24/7 company, but they arranged for this company to attend. Problem was a washing machine electric wall socket arcing noisily and possibility of an electrical fire. Ahmet arrived promptly and sorted out the problem. He was friendly, appeared competent, kept us informed step by step. Even gave us some useful tips about another issue when job was done.

Ahmet is one of the best electrical engineer i ever come across,many have been on same issues without result,here he come over and is perfectly done. I will recommend Ahmet one million times, he's trusted,prompt and reliable.

The lock on my front door broke and I couldn't get into my house. I called the emergency number and Alex from Birmingham arrived about 35 mins later. He'd called beforehand to introduce himself and to confirm his arrival time. He was extremely efficient and got the job done quickly. He even adjusted the lock on an inner door because he could see there was a slight problem. Alex was friendly and I felt confident with his work. If ever I have a similar problem, I'd certainly use him again. Thank you.

Careful, a no call out fee can quickly turn into £180 (including VAT) even if they spend 5 minutes and do nothing but glue down a single loose magnet.
The call out is that they are supposed to tell you what is wrong and AFTER you have agreed for them to fix it they charge you by the hour.
They came over for a call out, they saw that it was just a loose magnet in my telecom receiver, they glued it down and then gave me a £180 bill, which was reduced to £150 because they just make up numbers as they feel. There’s no set amount.
They didn’t consult me about the issue or ask me if I wanted them to fix it. A single woman with 2 men standing in my apartment demanding that I have to pay because they ‘fixed it’ with the almighty glue and then on the phone another one - William, aggressively insisting. £150 without my consent to do the job and on top of it all I also have a ruined table that was sprayed with glue by the person.
I felt robbed in my own home and honestly taken advantage off because they knew it was intimidating, they knew it wasn’t a £150 job and they knew that I didn’t agree for them to glue the magnet for £150. These are horrible human beings, thieves and charlatans.
Never have I ever dealt with such a rotten company.
