My partner arranged for these…
My partner arranged for these locksmiths to come and they say they are local. But they are not! Was told they would arrive yesterday, then they phoned to cancel. They said they could do the next day, we explicitly said " can you guatantee coming?" . They said " yes". They were supposed to come at 11am , nothing. We had to call them and only then they said they couldnt come. Wasted two days on this company.

Expensive call out charges accepted. The Locksmith cut my lock then said I would need a new lock. It would cost nearly £200. I had to accept. He fetched one from his van, then said it didn’t fit. He would have to go and get one and it would have to take him 2 hours. He came back and I am convinced with the same lock that didn’t fit and it did. I was then charged £139+vat, fix lock £89 +vat, lock £159+vat. I paid but then complained to the company. They accepted the lock charge was too much and refunded me £106.
No way would I recommend this company.

Both tradespeople have been very professional and quick to complete the work.

I called what I thought was a local…
I called what I thought was a local locksmith but my call diverted to this company. The locksmith came and told me the part was £270 plus £100 labour. I felt like I had no choice but to agree and he assured me that was a fair price. When I came to pay the bill it was £444 as he had added on the VAT which he hadn’t mentioned. I paid it and was then issued with an invoice with the part named. After a quick google I found that the part is available at a wide range of lock suppliers at no more than £30. Totally ripped off. After complaining I was refunded £150 but still have paid far in excess of the cost of the part

Extremely bad Experience with this service recently.My husband locked himself out accidentally & contact them just for knowing the price in advance.Due to some miscommunication with the company & locksmith ,he came here & pressurized my husband into paying a ridiculous amount ,claiming it was for waiting charges & calling fees.We were forced to pay a large amount without doing anything. This is an unacceptable & unprofessional behaviour & l never suggest this company to anyone...

Late arrival, charged for no work, and zero follow-up
I booked a plumber to fix a leak with an agreed arrival time of 11:00 AM. The technician did not arrive until 3:00 PM, only to inform me that it was now too late in the day to start the work.
Despite no repair work being carried out, I was charged £152. I was told that a specialist leak detection company was required first and that a manager would call me the following day to arrange the next steps. I never received that call, and despite making repeated follow-up calls myself, the company has completely failed to respond or get back to me.
Paying £152 for a four-hour late arrival, no actual work done, and non-existent customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.
