I went to the Plymouth store with a gold chain and bracelet which were my late Mum’s. I wanted to replace with some diamond earrings. The gold was worth a lot more than expected and I can home with a wonderful bag of goodies. The wonderful Julie was a delight, more than helpful and very patient with me changing my mind. Between her and Vicki they gave me wonderful advice, made me comfortable in what could been a difficult situation. I will definitely return and recommend them. Thank you ladies. Until we meet again. I had a very precious ring that belonged to my late father and I didn’t want to change the ring but wanted to add his birth stone. With the amazing help of Ivonna we came up with a beautiful design for the ring. I was made to feel like royalty and my ideas were listened too. I got my ring back today I am absolutely over the moon with it. Thank you for your amazing service and workmanship.
