Package arrived open at both ends
Package arrived open at both ends, on picking it up the packs of coffee just fell out. The packs themselves were intact and undamaged. I emailed Alpaca on the day of delivery to advise them but 11 days later have received no response. Apparently no customer service. Coffee's good though, but I won't be buying again.

Delicious, ethical, environmentally friendly coffee
Simple to order, free shipping offer, coffee and roasted and sent on the same day. Eco packaging all around, fair treatment of suppliers, ethical suppliers, and of course the coffee is great.

Awesome coffee
Awesome coffee, love the environmental aspect. Would be 5 stars but I feel it could be a little cheaper for the quantity but happy to help out a good cause for a great taste of joe.

Packaging 5 stars - compostable is another reason for also buying the coffee
1 star down because I don’t want to download a third party app to track my order. I’d rather this be given to me in an email from yourselves :-)

Bought the 3 x tasters as a present. Feedback so far has been that it is delicious! Also appreciated the non-plastic packaging and the info on sourcing that arrived with the coffee.

Great start to my day
This is the second time I have ordered the taster pack and all three coffees are well-rounded and a treat. Even though the aromas are even stronger when using a better brewing method (I tried my friends high-end espresso machine) my french press does the job! Will try the mexican blend next, would recommend to anyone who appreciates coffee and isn't into the very fruity roasts.
