Alpha Decking Avis 200

Ordered a composite fencing sample pack and was quite impressed with the quality of the panels.
As I was spending a lot of money without seeing any finished product I was rather hesitant to go ahead, so I rang the company and talked to the girls on the phone.
They were very polite and knowledgeable about the products so I went ahead and ordered the fencing posts and panels.
Delivery was quick and efficient, and I assembled the fence in less than a day.
I was very impressed with the finished item as is everybody who sees it, and what is even better no more painting the fence...

Delivery was by Alpha themselves, ensuring the product arrived in good condition. The fencing is really sturdy, looks great and is easy to install - perfect!

Quality good & delivered on time. One tar off for a few panels with minor damage and one bad panel which delivery driver promised would be replaced and hasn’t .

I was, understandably, nervous at spending a four figure sum on fencing when I'd only seen a sample.

That said, the panels are a joy to work with and cut easily, although you will need a fine tooth panel saw. There is virtually no flex in the panels, so the installed fencing feels really solid and fits together on a tongue and groove principle.

Also bear in mind that I was installing composite panels to replace wooden ones that had been storm damaged, so had gravel boards and concrete posts already in place (hence the need to cut the panels).

The finished fence looks great and because it's composite I don't have to worry about it rotting or painting it every year or so.

I had a web chat with Chelsea before ordering to explain what I thought was a difficult to explain / understand sizing issue with an odd sized gap between existing posts. She quickly understooid the problem and made sure I didn't have an issue with the bottom panel, which is a reduced height panel. So thank you Chelsea, she is an asset to the Company.

Honestly cannot praise Alpha Decking highly enough. They were great to deal with, delivery was efficient and as expected and the installed fencing looks fantstic.
