Alpha Defense CO. Avis 140

I placed an order with Alpha Defense Gear well over a month ago, and to this day I still have not received what I paid for. I’ve contacted the company twice already, and both times I was told my order would ship the following week. That “next week” promise has now come and gone more than once, and nothing has been delivered.

It feels like I’m just being strung along instead of receiving real answers or solutions. This is unacceptable customer service and highly unprofessional. At this point, something needs to be done immediately — either my order should be fulfilled without any more excuses or I should receive a full refund.

I would strongly caution anyone to EVER consider ordering from Alpha Defense Gear and to think twice, because based on my experience they do not deliver on their commitments!!

I ordered the bullet antenna for my truck and when I went to install it the plastic adapter strapped off into the female end of the bullet. I tried emailing but the email address did not exist and came back undeliverable. I then tried to call the number on the website, that was a false number. I then tried messaging their instagram page, no response. So now I have an antenna that I paid for and cannot use, and a company that is literally impossible to get a hold of. Hoping they see this review. Don’t waste your money.

By mistake I ordered the bullet antenna for my truck and forgot to pick out the style I wanted but Jorge helped me through the process and getting my product shipped out the same day. Thank you Jorge!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a bullet antenna on June 9th and still have yet to recieve it. A label was created on the 18th and it still has yet to leave the state. This company is a scam and a joke. Horrible customer service.

Been waiting to hear from them about an issue with the bulletin antenna. It now has been 3 days waiting to hear back you can not call them it’s a recording and at the end when it’s time to leave a message it just hangs up and still no contact. JUST POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service is non-existent. I ordered two straw hats, one was received timely and in good condition, and the second arrived weeks later and damaged beyond repair. I left two voice messages and two emails concerning this issue, and not one response.

(9 Days now and no answer on chat or email or phone number. Bad Bad customer service don not order from this company. Customer service is a joke!!!!!!

Scam artists... will promise you everything and you'll be lucky to actually receive an order. Tried contacting them on FB, IG, Phone, Chatbot, Email all no response and some I even sent 2X. This company is a freaking joke. Whoever owns this pile of a company should be ashamed. DO NOT BUY THEIR STUFF.

Unfortunately there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called on July 3rd, July 5th, and July 8th and left voicemails each time. No response! Sent email as well with no response! As a Combat Disabled Veteran I would suggest to my fellow Veterans to spend your money elsewhere. This Company is apparently a SCAM!

I may change my review once I actually receive the item I ordered, but this will be based on their customer service, which is nil. The website has a customer service robot function, after waiting over 30 minutes for a response, I gave up on that. The website also lists a phone number to call. When I called that number, no one answered and I received a message that the users mailbox was full. I can only speculate it is all the other customers waiting for the items they ordered and paid for. I sent an email, but I’m not holding out any hope I will receive a response.

Very disappointed. In order for a business to be successful need to be a responsible one with a timely process of customers orders. Received a tracking number but no information is available. The sad part is that y place an order of two hats and paid for it and nothing jet. Very disappointed. Not recomended.

Customer service is very lame.
Can’t talk to anyone even calling the number provided. Really need better customer service
