Well...im another person who wished they had read the reviews on this company before I purchased anything. Ordered a bullet antenna for a chevy silverado...they send me a bag of useless adapters none of which fit my truck correctly. Makes me wonder what vehicles they intend on fitting considering a chevy silverado is about as popular and common as vehicles can get. Customer was absolutely no help. Such a waste of time and money. Lesson learned...this company sucks and so do their products!

Absolute garbage, ordered a black bullet antenna and it lasted all of 6 months before fading to green. Talked to customer service about it and the response was "well it was probably because it was outside and in the sun and weather". Gee ya think. Would discourage ANYONE AND EVERYONE from purchasing anything from this company.

Absolute garbage. Still waiting on my order and I am getting the run around. Do not buy from this site

They claim they ship in 24 hours it was only after I messaged them that they informed me my order shipped, but it was shipped after 3 weeks.

I messaged and they first said it was a backorder issue then when I commented on their Facebook page they blamed covid19.

Covid does not affect handing time it may affect shipping time but covid does not affect how long it takes to actually put your product in the mail.

Ordered the Bullet Antenna and received the 4 face shields as a free item but definitely would not pay money for them. The bullet antenna does not fit very well on a standard F150 which is very disappointing would expect the fit to be better for the price paid. Definitely will not purchase anything from this company again the stuff is pure garbage.

Customer service is a joke flag magnet for passenger side of vehicle is backwards and a disgrace to the American flag will not use this company in the future big waste of time trying to deal with customer service. They want you to pay for shipping back what a joke.

Absolutely worst customer service experience. Will take my business elsewhere. Waiting on my refund.

Package got lost and tracking said delivered. Never saw the package. I didn't expect them to cover it since it is beyond their control once it ships out. I contacted them and explained what happened and asked if I could re-order the items at the same black friday prices for a total of 57 dollars. Basically told me to file a claim with usps (already did) and to see what happens and wouldn't honor the sale prices. I'll take my business somewhere else. And thankfully my Costco Citi card gave me a full refund.

I ordered 6 masks on dec. 5,2020,my masks arrived a day early from the projected date. I tried them on and they fit well. The product is as seen in advertisements. I saw reviews after I ordered, and I can honestly say it made me nervous what I was going to get. But after I recieved my masks I WOULD recommend and order from Alpha Defense

Horrible product that isn't manufactured properly, and when I contacted them and asked to exchange the entire product because it did not work they told me it was my fault that it doesn't work. Do yourself a favor and order from a company that honors their product warranty and stands behind their work

Great product meaning antenna looks cool. Let’s see if it works? Face masks not so great. Pretty cheap and very tight. Fast delivery and excellent customer support.

Sound like a great deal, now after couple months in the antenna color faded. Call then to honor their product quality and they said the 30 days warranty expired.
Rather to pay more for a better quality product .

Why in some of the photos of the products you offer are SA decals? Not to mention that everything in your site is the same as SA.

Being a veteran and Alpha Defense being veteran owned this is what got my attention i always support my fellow vets so after I ordered my 50 cal antenna I started to read the reviews and panicked because I though I was going to be scammed. However that was not the case, I received everything that was promised within a reasonable time frame and the products were exactly what I asked for and worked outstandly well and once again I am very pleased with this company and I plan on ordering from them again in the near future. Thank you

Purchased a 5 pack for my kids. I chose two of the designs (a tie dye and a black) and left the other 3 as "mystery" designs. The quality is acceptable for children who will likely lose them or stretch them out. They arrived within a reasonable time frame. My issue is that by selecting the "mystery design" i expected to received the 2 I selected in addition to 3 of varying designs/colors. However, I received the 1 tie dye and the 1 black that I chose and 3 additional black face masks.
I am disappointed in not a variety of designs/colors as my "mystery" selections. Seems lazy to me to just grab 3 additional black masks and toss them in with the others.

Absolutely no support from Customer Service. Package is missing according to DHL. It is now 2 weeks in transit with no answers. Really disappointed and frustrated with how this is being handled. I will not be ordering from them again. I highly do not recommend placing any orders from them.

I got my face shields but I almost wish I had not. The quality is terrible. Very thin, not comfortable and they look like they are made in china with no quality control. The edges of 1 of them was unthreading and it had no seam. They make you pay to return them and they dont have good return instructions on their site. Very poorly run internet Ad based grab and go company. Never again!

I have an order that was place back on July 20, Today is October 7 and I still have not received my order. Customer service is not easily accessible and thats only by chat. I tried calling the phone number listed and it appears that it is not a working number. I would not suggest ordering from this company.
