Alpha Lighting Avis 

Complete pain in the ass to deal with. Was very responsive trying to get the sale and then after delivering multiple wrong products I am chasing a refund after returning the lights. Still chasing 12 months later and over 100 messages/emails. Now forced to go to small claims. Buy at your own risk.

Excellent almost same day delivery, put they came without bulbs which are hard to get. They should at least offer the bulbs with the light fittings.

I either mistakenly ordered or was mistakenly sent the wrong colour light. I have emailed the customer service account three times asking what can be done - such as an exchange or return and repurchase - and have not received a reply.

Although the order process was easy and the price was excellent, I still don't have my light.

I was emailed to say the order had been processed and shipped but that was 2 weeks ago and I still don't have my light.

Pendant light received in the stated timeframe and it looks great. Also received a helpful reply to a product query. Being picky but the order tracking info could be a little better. And one thing outside their control (other than switching delivery companies) is that I watched the CouriersPlease guy carelessly drop the box containing the light fitting on the road so he could scan it. That aside, I'd buy online from Alpha Lighting again.

I received an LED that was different to the one on my order confirmation. Still waiting to hear back from Alpha why that was the case,

I ordered off the internet site which said the lights I wanted were in stock after a bout 5 days I got an email saying the week out of stock and discontinuedand did I want another light I replied no can you just send me a refund, 3 days later I send another email asking for my refund still no reply 2 days later I call the company they say someone will call me back, another 2 days later still no call I call again they say it has been marked as urgent someone will call me back. the next day which was a Tuesday I get email saying they have decided to refund my money and my refund will be scheduled for the end of the week, now it is Sunday and still money has no cleared into my account. so they took my money for a product they did not have and could not get as it had been discontinued then held it for 3 weeks whilst avoiding my emails and calls hopefully I get my money back tomorrow. very poor customer service I will not buy from them again

My order was unexpectedly placed on back order, so an initial delay was experienced. But once i contacted Alpha, Chris immediately responded, was very apologetic, and rectified the situation straight away. I received my order within 24 hours. Very happy with the quality of the product too. Would definitely use Alpha again despite the hiccup, mainly due to their reaction 👍🏻

Took a while to despatch the product until I enquired but other than that was really happy with the service and product.

Tool a little longer than expected though delivery services are much more unpredictable.

All good so far with customer service & delivery but we haven't installed the light yet so can't comment it.

From the moment I called, placed the order and receiving it all exceeded my expectations

High quality lighting, packaging, and reasonably timed delivery in COVID times. Thumbs up.

Having to stay in for safe receipt is a bit of a drag then it doesn't arrive at estimated time however, considering the times we live in, it was fair and understandable

I have purchased numerous light fixtures from Alpha Lighting. There price is very competitive the service is top notch and delivery is very quick. I highly recommend them.
