i couldn't find a down light with a sensor anywhere not even bunnings but found your Co.Alpha Lighting and found just what i needed.I purchased the light on Friday and it was delivered to my home on the North Coast of N.S.W. on Wednesday morning.Could not be happier with the service and the light. Purchased two lights but unfortunately …
Purchased two lights but unfortunately one was damaged in transit.The problem was very quickly sorted and a full refund on the damaged unit quickly arrived.
Very happy with the transactions and the prompt refund.
The good unit is a led light bar that hangs over the kitchen bench and we use it all the time, it's just great.

Product great-service needs improving
Love the product, the service was unimpressive. Late delivery, emails ignored and phone messages not returned. Delivery took twice as long as advised.

Very happy with the service and…
Very happy with the service and product. I wasn't sure on the measurements of pendant lights so I contacted customer service and they measured them and sent pictures to my iPhone which helped a lot. Delivery was fast secure. Thanks again will definitely use Alpha again.

Fantastic personal service from Alpha Lighting
Fantastic personal service from enquiring about suitable products, receiving excellent advice and product information, ordering easily and having free and timely delivery. They went beyond what I would have expected from a customer service perspective and exceeded all my expectations. Their pricing of goods is also well below what others had quoted. I strongly recommend them as whilst they are an online company the have a strong support presence in both sales and technical expertise. A dream to deal with!
