Not an easy to find website on a google search, but the price was fabulous, the delivery was quick. I picked a “good condition” option which said it may have some scratches to the exterior but not effecting the performance. I could see none on arrival of the handset. Do not buy from Alpha Smartphones
I bought a phone which was advertised as pristine, it was delivered with a fault with the volume key. That alone should be enough to make you think twice about using this company but it gets worse. They took weeks to fix the phone and now after a few more months of using this “pristine” condition phone which has been kept in a case, the mic has stopped working so nobody can hear me talking. Alpha Smartphones are refusing to repair the phone. You may get a decent phone off them. But just know that if you get a bad phone, you will be stuck with it and that will be that. The sign of a good company is helping you when things go wrong, and admitting mistakes and rectifying them. This company does neither. I definitely would not buy from this company again.

Fast and efficient service. There was a slight problem with sending out the phone, due to no fault of theirs (emails going into junk folder) but one phone call later and it was all sorted and we had the phone the next day.

Almost perfect for a refurbished
We got an A grader phone, the back of the phones was pretty scratched. For now everything functions. Impecable screen but unresponsive at times. Very good and helpful customer service. Very quick delivery. Do we recommend this place? YES ABSOLUTELY

My review
Initially I was very disappointed as the battery died before all my data was loaded and I couldn't charge it. I returned the phone but had to wait a couple of weeks before it was returned. I realise the current circumstances make things difficult but I would have expected it to be usable when it was first sent. However, the gentleman phoned once or twice to keep me informed although once or twice I only got the answer phone. However all is well now thank you. Mrs. Josephine Firth

However, some issues surface during transit/upon delivery, for which we provide the warranty and are always willing to repair/replace the phone during that time. As far as the communication is concerned, as you said, we have had to limit our operations due to the current situation, which consequently increased our response times, hence the delay. We are glad to know that the issue has been resolved now and that you are satisfied with how your case was dealt with.
