Very on the ball
Very on the ball. There was a hiccup with out payment, my fault, but they helped get it resolved sharpish. Also some nice wee extra's chucked in I wasn't expecting. I will be using them again, an 11 year old with an iphone is definitely going to result in repeat business!

Great service... BUT
Now that I’ve had the phone a little longer now, I’ve recently been suffering from audio issues which has now resulted in an appointment with Apple Support. Although I originally said the phone was in perfect condition, this as been a small setback for my overall experience with purchasing a phone on this website.

I will be using Alpha Smartphones again
Looking to lower costs and replace an ageing iPhone we decided to look at a secondhand handset. We checked a few places out online and found that Alpha Smartphones were very competitively priced, offered a long guarantee and had the model we wanted. On purchasing (Friday) we were told the phone would be with us Monday, it arrived the following morning on a Saturday! The phone itself was like new, not in Apple packaging, but that's OK, however, it came with a charging cable, screen protector and case! WOW! Those details were not apparent in the description but were very welcome. The phone is performing well, was set up inside an hour and is performing flawlessly. Thank you Alpha, we will recommend you to others and be back! Buy with confidence, Alpha delivers (sometimes, next day!).

I purchased a new iPhone 7 to replace my old one which I liked very much. I chose Alpha who I didn’t know. But found them to be very good. And delivery was quite quick.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I have only given 1 star as an email I sent to Alpha smartphones with an inquiry was not even acknowledged. I think this is very poor customer service.
I would like to update my review as once again my phone has a problem and once again this company couldn’t care less. They promised good customer service but they don’t even know the meaning. Avoid this company there are plenty of good companies out there selling used phones, I just wish I had found one and not this bunch of uncaring fools.

Nothing but praise. I ordered a 32GB refurbished iPhone 6s and I was actually upgraded to a 128GB iPhone 6s. The phone was in spotless condition and so far it works perfectly. The delivery was fast and the communication from the company was good too. I'm really pleased with the service.
