Aluminium Trade Windows Avis

Great from placing order, to delivery, very helpful throughout.

Anthony delivered a fantastic service today. The items were delivered on time and as predicted by the app. He was very helpful and courteous.

Antony was fantastic and carried the window in the house for me, whereas previously when I ordered my French door from here it was left on the kerbside. Couldn’t fault the service of Antony.

Ordering process very straightforward, and when I questioned the final sizes before signing off I was able to speak on the phone and sorted straight away. Kept up to date during manufacturing, and confirmation of delivery. Delivered on the day by Anthony who was very cheerful and easy to deal with. Good experience overall.

Great communication and tracking, the driver was really helpful, I'd definitely recommend.

Top notch delivery. Friendly, helpful and helped me where he didn't need to... I 100% would have tipped if I had any cash in the house, so a 5 star review is the least I can do.

Anthony was brilliant… found the very remote Cornish site and helped with unloading. Couldn’t have been more friendly and efficient! Thanks!

Polite. Helped me into the house with everything. No fuss well done. 👍

Delivered on time

Great communication, the order tracking works great, you can see exactly where the delivery van is so you can plan ahead. Delivery driver really helpful, and took care with my delivery, will definitely be using again.

Super helpful, great communication prior to delivery, easy process, and delivery driver keen to work with us to make life easy. Antony really keen to sort out everything and was super careful on delivery.

Antony went above & beyond. He was polite, helpful, respectful & a great ambassador for your company.
Thank you

Ordering my door was easy. My order arrived on the date that was stated once my order had been confirmed (it was 2 weeks later). I didn't receive a confirmation email/txt the day before delivery, but the morning of the delivery I got confirmation that Jamie was on his way.
Jamie arrived early on delivery day (around 8am which was great) and he was very accommodating and helpful with getting my order from the roadside, to my garden. (I wasn't sure if it was literally a kerbside drop off. But he was happy to help me get the order to there I needed it.) I had a quick chat with him while we took the frame and glass down. He's a good guy. Make sure you guys look after him!
I got the door installed in a couple of hours with help from a friend (who had recommended Aluminium Trade Windows) and it looks and works great! I'll use them again in the future. thanks again to Jamie.
cheers
Steve

Great service and door
Delivery prompt and a short time frame
Driver unloaded carefully and left safe by Antony

Very good communication. We’re given a time frame early on the morning of delivery which was met. The driver Jamie was so helpful. He carried the items into our property, thanking my husband for his help! The doors we ordered look great and we are really pleased.
Would highly recommend.

Communication was good, ATW informed me of any delays and when on route with specific delivery times on the day. Windows arrived in good condition, driver was very helpful.

Excellent driver polite and friendly, wonderful efficient service from this company, kept us informed all through the process. Would certainly recommend.

The company was incredibly clear throughout the process, sending regular clear comms from placing the order, dispatch & receiving goods. Most importantly delivered on the time & date as specified. Shout out to Antony for a top class delivery experience. Not received the best of experiences with other businesses but Antony was exceptionally helpful & lovely to engage with. Brilliant experience, look forward to doing business again!

Excellent service, delivery driver extremely friendly & helpfull.
