Amala Earth Avis 95

Very bad first experience.They told me that they thought I was not at home at the delivery whereas that was a totally fake reason.My address was also right.They do not pick up their call n also I didn't even receive one call trying to reach my delivered address.It was the worst experience n I recommend no one to go through this experience ever.

I made payment by Amazon pay but my order has not been placed.
I’ve called their number +91 88007 03122 at least 20 times.
No one answers.
If you email them, they tell you to call this number for urgent issues.
What’s the use if no one answers?

Opened the lid off the bottled candle and the entire glass rim shattered.
This was dangerous !
Wonder what would have happened with a lit candle…

If there was an option to give stars in negative I would have given that!!! Worst customer service! Worst product! One of their customer experience assistants Rishabh Goswami promised me that he would make an exception for me so I could get a new product in exchange for a new product but after 2 days he changed his mind. And emailed me that he can't proceed further!!! Wow!!!! Worst experience!!!’ they are thieves! The whole company is bloody thieves!!! Guys do report this app its a scam!

Had a very bad experience buying a set of candles(Spiral).It was broken and even the replacement was broken.I had sent all 4 candles back and only 2 came back.They are not customer centric or value our money

The sandalwood powder I bought from you doesn't quite smell like pure sandalwood.
I wonder even at ₹400/- per 100 grams can't the pure sandal powder be bought?

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Amala has the worst service. I've messaged them constantly to let them know there's been a mistake in the address - totally ignored, not read - and we've lost nearly all the items we paid for. What a waste of money and time. After I was reassured that the mistake was corrected, I made another order, which was sent to the wrong address, again. I CALLED AND MESSAGED CONSTANTLY - and got one phone call promising to resolve the issue. It was not resolved. No money back, no products, nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Daylight robbery: I ordered 2 quanity of Safflower oil (pack of 2) , so i should have received 4 bottles AE155550 but They sent 2 bottles in the delivery and then argued that I have approached them late ( 5 days late) and also that they have sent 4 quantities and refuse to investigate at their end because I am 5 days late in reporting the issue. The customer service keeps repeating the same message over and over again like a parrot. I have deleted the app and have decided to never order anything from them ever again.

Thanks to Amala Earth website and their sale, I got some items that I was eyeing for a very very long time, at a huge discounted rate.

All the products we ordered have been of good quality and we are pleased with the same.

Please dont buy clothes from Amala.Thr app doesnot have any return procedure though u click return,they never contqct you. The kurtas i ordered mentioned organic cotton but the quality is so cheap.its disgusting to see a kids kurta for 1800 have the worst quality.The app doesnt work when you want to return clothes.

Please Avoid shopping anything from this amala earth..
Try to buy product directly from the Perticular brand websites to avoid further inconvenience.. this Amala earth is actually conning
customers across the country with cheap,expired and damaged products.this people have started deleteing all the customers negative reviews.. it shows the type of cheap scammer level mentality this company is having..
Don't expect any Refund after Return.. this Amala Earth actually Run by bunch of scammers..

Not that the reviews matter looking at the trend this site has followed after getting in so many negative feedbacks wherein they’ve been questioned on the customer service and low quality goods received
Their team even lacks basic knowledge
All they do is waste customers time and money

Amala Earth is one of my favourite brands. Not only are their products amazing and have great value for money whilst being so good in every way for the Earth - to top it all - the brand also has exceptional customer service. Their representative Karan went over and above to ensure my query was resolved in the most efficient manner and in the quickest way possible. It goes to show the brand really cares and that for me is why I will remain a loyal customer always.

I spoke to the customer service team l was facing and issue today while placing the order on the app they help me very delicately with the rep to place order

Ordered 2 sets of coasters, one didn't arrive and the other one was damaged.
Was going back and forth with customer service, I sent them photo evidence of the damage goods. They refused to replace broken items and did not deliver the unfulfilled order. Talked to Karan Sharma number of times over the - who assured me on phone that the products would be delivered given the photo evidence and discussions with his logistics team that confirmed the product was not delivered. However, subsequently I received an email to say it wouldn't be replaced/delivered. Save your money and do not order from this store. I never leave reviews but given such a horrendous and unethical behaviour from a company I had to warn others against it. Seems like others have had similar experiences.

I ordered a hat three weeks ago and it was estimated to be delivered by September 24. Three days later and the order doesn’t even say that it’s out for delivery. It’s stuck in pending. I’ve called twice and both times the customer service team has been entirely unhelpful, assuring me that “I’ll get an email” or “I’ll get a call back” or “my manager is in a meeting” or even, “I can’t write an email with you on the phone at the same time”. Basically it’s obvious the company wants to manipulate their customer for the sake of their bottom line. This is ridiculous and completely unfair to their customer.
