Very pathetic experience with customer service...I didn't receive all the products from the order and even after several complaints and emails it's not resolved....
they don't provide tracking details either so its a nightmare to order from this company and get anything resolved...Order #AE127894 + AE123772

Amala earth’s customer service is quite poor. They don’t push notifications in time when the product status gets updated. Also, the customer service representative often tell the app has glitch and have no knowledge about the orders placed.

This was my first purchase from this online store and I’m never buying anything from here again. Horrible experience and mental agony after paying INR 9250 (with a nominal discount of INR 750) worth Brass cutlery set (manufacturer - Amalfiee ceramics) from Amala Earth website. I received the delivery on Saturday 9/11/23.
The product code in their site for a brass cutlery set of 24 is SKU - CUT 000MIhG24. Though they have mentioned it’s 12 Spoons and 12 forks, the pictures for the same showcases - set of spoon, fork, knife and dessert spoon. Out of 6 pictures for that product code - 4 pictures show knife & dessert spoon in the set, with even one exclusive picture of knife. The pictures are absolutely misleading the customers. Because the set of 24 doesn’t contain any knives or dessert spoons at all. Surprisingly I found the same cutlery set, with the exact same the product code, price 10k, at the Amalfiee website (manufacturer’s website) which contains dinner spoons, dinner forks, knives and dessert spoons, set of 6. Which is logical. I’ve never seen cutlery set of 6 (24 pieces) having only dinner spoons and forks, being sold anywhere.
They have pathetic customer service. I immediately tried reaching their registered CS number for an exchange. I tried for two hours without success and then sent a mail. I received an automated email with ticket number, stating that their Customer Service representative will contact within 24-48 hours. Today is 5th day and no one even called me back. And their phones are always unreachable.

After multiple follow ups with their CS,
Rishab helped with a reverse pickup of the unwanted cutlery and replacement with the correct ones. I’m really glad that they have at least settled the issue.

Pathetic parted delivery of the product s.one of rakhis was not delivered after all the communication from my side and still they did nothing about it. A really bad experience and I am not going buy anything from this site again

Amala Earth is a very small size Ecommerce and Online Business, I believe they have started this business recently or may be few years back but the return policy and Support experience are pathetic. I have purchased one clay Kadhai with specific design. At first place they send wrong product and then again they send same product.When I ask them why 2nd time you have send same product they keep on saying we are investigating..So irritating..Dont they understand if some one purchased some thing on the basis of specific look that matters to him...why do these guys send wrong product that also just for 700/800 Rupees.Dont buy any thing. I dont want to give a review but I thought if we dont give proper review these people will keep on doing this kind of thing with other buyers also. Now a days so many fraud website registered they just dont care about there reputation. They just do one time business.Dont buy any thing from this website...

Part of package did not arrive, even though it said that it did.

This is a new way of looting hard earned money. I have bought around 70 seeds balls for giving these as a return gift. None of the seeds balls boolm, Can you imagine when I was hearing that it's not bloomed from the guest whom I gave this is with love. It is sooooo embarrassing. More than money it is dishearten and embarrassing when your gift become a talk of laugh in front of so many people.
This company is really bad, no responsibilities towards the customer. very bad n disappointing. I am sorry Amala Earth if you work like this with such a useless and fraud products you wont be able to survive. After all it is our hard earned money.

I like the promise of earth-friendly products. Good selection and variety of products. Not having enough product reviews and ratings is an issue when deciding to buy a product.

I do not like the deliveries at all. If an order contains 5 different products, then each of the products are delivered separately. It leads to so many deliveries, and extremely hard to keep track of whether the entire order has arrived or not. And not to mention the inconvenience of so many visits from delivery agents. Also, from an earth-friendliness perspective, so many deliveries is definitely not good for the earth: so much extra packaging per package, so many round trips, etc. Also, the speed of delivery is very slow. We are spoilt by Amazon delivering in 2-3 days. So, waiting for a week or more for many items is not ideal.

Honestly disappointed with your response regarding shipping of second order. Would have appreciated if Amala Earth had been forthcoming regarding delay rather than respond only after my enquiry regarding the delay. Plus no shipment tracking given
