They use Evri for delivery. So expect "evri"thing to be damaged. Two packets of Doritos totally destroyed.
Won't be using them again while Evri is involved.

All of our orders are packed with care and leave us in perfect condition, unfortunately, we have no control over how they’re handled once they’re with the courier. That said, we do take your feedback seriously.
We did offer a £5 discount code as a goodwill gesture, and we’re still happy to help resolve this directly.

Great selection of goodies. I love that they have so many different pick n mix sweets, so many from my childhood! The international treats are great - decently priced products too, unlike other shops I’ve ordered from before. You’ve gained a loyal customer, I will definitely be ordering again!!

Really impressed and tasty treats
Great range of sweets and snacks. The pick-a-mix sweets all came in packs that can be resealed to help them last longer. I thought that everything was really reasonably priced and generally impressed with everything. My only slight quibble is that the cola cubes had more of a fruit berry taste than of cola, but the pineapple rings are incredible.

As per our shipping policy, orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Despite this, we ensured your order was dispatched promptly on Saturday, 04/01/25.
