This company did a great job cleaning our sofas and armchairs, they were 15+ years old and looked it - now they look new.

Really good experience for end of tenancy clean - efficient, thorough and looks very clean.

We have used this cleaning service for the last 5 years to have the kitchen appliances and the bathroom deep cleaned in addition to carpets throughout the house. The service is professional, reliable and the results are second to none. The kitchen appliances and bathroom are restored to their former glory and left looking shinny and brand new. The standard of cleaning for the carpets is exceptional and all this is achieved in only a few hours.

This is an absolute scam. Do not use them. They will mess you about. They overcharged and wanted money upfront. They send someone to estimate the job, then go away to think about it saying the job is far worse than it actually is. Then wanted money for non existence parking charges. Then wanting to agree to a higher price of cleaning. Absolute waste of time.

We had a single oven and extractor fan cleaned. After enquiring through the website, I received a call shortly afterwards to arrange an appointment.

On the day, a very experienced cleaner arrived and did a fantastic job in around 2 hours. He laid down floor protection, used shoe covers and took great care in ensuring all surrounding surfaces stayed clean.

Both the oven and extractor fan look as good as new. Almost an understatement given I had completely forgotten how they looked without grime.

Our cleaner was very courteous and professional throughout. The price was good value considering how long we have previously spent attempting (unsuccessfully) to keep these units in reasonable condition. I highly recommend Amazing Services and will be using them again!

I booked Amazing Services to clean a large house before moving out. They completely underestimated the necessary number of man hours, sending only 2 cleaners when other firms had estimated for 4. The job was not completed. Amazing Services agreed to a very small reduction.
Incidentally, the cleaners themselves told me that they receive 20% only of the agreed price.

I booked Amazing Services for an end of Tenancy clean. Cannot recommend highly enough. The service from start to finish was above and beyond expectations. Communication was excellent, the clean was fantastic. Still can't believe how clean they managed to get the oven. They were on time, extremely friendly people. Would definitely use again.

Hired for an end of tenancy clean. Cleaners were on time however the clean was not able to take place due to extenuating circumstances. They were very helpful during the process so for that I give them 5 stars.
