Privacy and security issues

Privacy and security issues. Amazoker wants me to give them my Amazon account password to sign into my account and this is not a secured method. Also, they want me to give them access to my computer using the app ANYDESK which is another method of security issues. I feel uncomfortable giving anyone access to my passwords and to my computer.

Hello. To proceed with the appeal to unlock the account, we need access to the seller's account to assess the level of violation and devise a detailed response plan.
There are 3 ways to access and check the account:
1. Directly logging into the main account, requiring login credentials.
2. In case the account owner wants to secure their information, we can check through anydesk, ultra viewer, and the account owner will still be monitored and have full control over the account.
3. Permission to access specific features of the account.
With options 2 and 3, the account owner does not need to provide any login information, and there is no risk to your account.
We sent a permission guide file via email to you but have not received any response from you.
If you wish to restore the account, agreement from both parties is required. We assure no harm is intended, and no services have been provided to you yet.

Excellent customer service!! Amazoker helped clarify many questions I had regarding. The appeal is also extremely detailed although it seems a bit confused for me.

good service, dedicated team

Amazoker team was able to provide a concise bullet point list of what I need to do to improve my account. I am surprised by their willingness to offer me so much advice at a very reasonable price. I got their invitation to review their service on Trustpilot for a long time ago, but I missed their email.
Currently I am working with them to optimize my listing and I think I should post a review to support their hard work and express my appreciation with their team.
I recommend Amazoker for sure.

Down-to-earth staff and efficient service

A service with the most scrupulous approach I've ever seen. Before taking the responsibility, the staff have a very extensive question list to get to know in details about the cases in my shop. All the solutions are based on the real situation of my shop and the staff are very clear in what they could do. Honest, helpful staff and very efficient in solving cases.

Trust and quick

Slow reply

I decided to contact Amazoker to use their service after my account was deactivated due to Related Violation. Unacceptably, they made me wait for 8 hours to receive their advice while I really needed to solve my problem quickly not to affect my sales. I understand that the reason can be time zone difference but they are professional and they can't reply customer so slowly. Luckily, my account was successfully reactivated. If not, it was the final time I used Amazoker's service.

Excellent service, 100% recommend

My problem was resolved quickly and accurately after 3 days after the first submission in August if I remembered right. I was headache-free and so delighted. It's worth every penny. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Keep up the good no excellent work. Love you guys.

Good service, go with customer till the end

Great experience. Reasonable price for their service.

Amazon suspect I own another account so they deactivate my account

Thank you Amazoker team to help me reinstate my account. My account has been deactivated in July because Amazon assume that I own another account. Amazoker team help me to reinstate after one month. I really appreciate their effort with my case when I become hopeless. If you get into trouble like me, try amazoker for help.
But I think you should note down all information about your account and tell them the truth. It will help more.
