Privacy and security issues. Amazoker wants me to give them my Amazon account password to sign into my account and this is not a secured method. Also, they want me to give them access to my computer using the app ANYDESK which is another method of security issues. I feel uncomfortable giving anyone access to my passwords and to my computer.

Excellent customer service!! Amazoker helped clarify many questions I had regarding. The appeal is also extremely detailed although it seems a bit confused for me.
Amazoker team was able to provide a concise bullet point list of what I need to do to improve my account. I am surprised by their willingness to offer me so much advice at a very reasonable price. I got their invitation to review their service on Trustpilot for a long time ago, but I missed their email.
Currently I am working with them to optimize my listing and I think I should post a review to support their hard work and express my appreciation with their team.

A service with the most scrupulous approach I've ever seen. Before taking the responsibility, the staff have a very extensive question list to get to know in details about the cases in my shop. All the solutions are based on the real situation of my shop and the staff are very clear in what they could do. Honest, helpful staff and very efficient in solving cases.

They reactivate my asin in about a week which was removed due to getting inauthentic product complaints. I recommend Amazoker to everyone, be sure to work with this team with patience.
I decided to contact Amazoker to use their service after my account was deactivated due to Related Violation. Unacceptably, they made me wait for 8 hours to receive their advice while I really needed to solve my problem quickly not to affect my sales. I understand that the reason can be time zone difference but they are professional and they can't reply customer so slowly. Luckily, my account was successfully reactivated. If not, it was the final time I used Amazoker's service.
My problem was resolved quickly and accurately after 3 days after the first submission in August if I remembered right. I was headache-free and so delighted. It's worth every penny. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Keep up the good no excellent work. Love you guys.

But I think you should note down all information about your account and tell them the truth. It will help more.
