Amazon2Audible Avis 6

I can’t access my account. I put in my email address and password, it then sends a verification code to my phone, the problem is I no longer have the phone number. I can’t find any way to change my personal details to upgrade them, as to change the details I have to submit verification code which is going to a now non existent number. I have also tried sending emails, the automated reply sends links but I can’t access them as I have to enter my details and it send a verification code to old number to proceed. There is no number you can phone or online assistance you can communicate with to rectify the matter. Meanwhile a monthly subscription I no longer want is being taken out of my account.

Just been advised I have 3 months trial after which they will start charging. I don’t want this and any attempt to cancel membership takes me in circles.

William Parker was great to deal with answered all my questions about making a audio book. From narration and how it works to pricing was very helping where I know nothing about Audio Books. Thanks again William Parker

Kafka's hell! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. You will spend hours listening to idiotic music as you are trying to get out of Audible hell. Then after finally getting a real human voice (a really lovely young girl that helped me and told me, that I was out of Audible hell) you think you are saved. You are not. Audible still just tells you that you owe them money. If I could, I would like to give Audible minus stars.
