Serious Warning to the Public, Company Identifiers and Engagement Details (For Consumer Context)

The following information is provided solely for identification and transparency, based on materials, communications, contracts, and payment instructions provided during my engagement.
Contractual Position and Current Status
Clause 9 of the signed service agreement governs dispute resolution:
9.1 Governing Law: Canada, UAE (Dubai), and applicable international e-commerce laws
9.2 Dispute Resolution: Good-faith negotiation, followed by arbitration in Canada or the UAE, by mutual agreement
In recent email communications, meetings or discussions have been suggested in jurisdictions not referenced in the contract. These proposals are not aligned with the agreed dispute-resolution framework and have not resulted in progress toward resolution.
For clarity and good-faith engagement, I have confirmed my availability in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, which is a contractually valid jurisdiction. I remain open to discussing resolution strictly in accordance with the agreed terms.
As of today, I have still not received any refund, nor have I received written confirmation regarding the destruction or secure handling of my personal data, despite repeated requests.
