Ambassador Passport and Visa Services Avis

They are very professional...if not a bit expensive, They do get the job done and done fast.

I had sent my passport and visa application for a Croatia visa. Followed all instructions on their website accurately. After 3 weeks they said that the embassy wont issue a visa without an interview. I lost precious time and had to rush to DC to get my visa before my travel. Basically info on their website is inaccurate and unrelaible

Precise honest re time frame and made it extraordinary easy to renew. They will even take your picture if you don’t provide one. Well worth the cost. I’d recommend Ambassador to anyone

Very informative

They were super knowledgeable, nice and efficient. I recommend them to anyone who needs a passport and they all feel the same.

Thanks for the Visa. But considering I only had layovers in Shanghai and Beijing, this company should have informed me that I do NOT need a whole 10-year visa for China. Because these cities do not require it for layover, or even a few days. So no thanks. You should not have been charging me $360 that I didn’t need to spend. You should have informed me of my options

This place does not make it clear. They charge you an arm and a leg and send you to the post office to do the work. Not worth it. I got the prompt to write a review 1 year after using their services...:

These ladies work hard so you don’t have to! Always efficient and helpful! I highly recommend ambassador passport on Wilshire in LA.

MALLETTE

They told me I needed a new Chinese Visa because the Chinese government did not accept a valid visa in an expired passport - Wrong! When I arrived in Guangzhou they immigration told me they do accept - meanwhile I had to pay for a visa I did not need.

Lightning fast turnaround, responsive staff, reasonable prices.

What more could you ask for?

The team that helped me displayed an extremely professional level of experience with expedited processing of passports and visas. I could tell that the office was busy with much going on, but they gave me the right amount of attention, and reassured me that processing would occur within the time frame I required. It did.

Five stars, and I now recommend this service to my colleagues.

This horrible company directly cuased my family of 5 including 3 kids to be stuck in Indonesia with incorrect visa issued from this agency. The total cost to pay fines, extended lodging, and rebooking of airline tickets for 5 people cost us over $25,000.00 usd to get back home to the USA. We are in the middle of filing a small claims law suite against this horrible company. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

I can rest assured that everything is under control when I use Ambassador. Great friendly staff who knows their business!

I Highly recommend this company, fast expedited service for my passport renewal

Very friendly and extremely fast service. I’ve used your group for many years and you just keep improving.

Best easiest experience. So happy I got my 20 month old a passport. And it was effortless

I asked multiple times for a receipt but never got one.

They are incredibly knowledgeable about visa and passport issues. They have helped me with some very unusual travel plans. Their prices are fair and their service very prompt I have used them for years with gratitude
