Easy to order, a lot more competitive than ANYWHERE else and I searched for almost two months.

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected amount of parcels being received by the courier and not enough vehicles to take them, there has been a delay with some of their deliveries. I can see you have requested to cancel the order. A refund will be issued as quickly as possible when we can see on the tracking information that your goods are being returned to sender. Your service was great, unfortunately the product is s**t
This unit was to replace a failed unit which I was assured by the manufacturer would fit the same backplate - it didn’t - had to rewire. The QR code reader does not work and the product code number does not appear in the menu as advised.

Fantastic service from Ambient
Fantastic service from Ambient. I was let down by a different retailer / supplier, I waited for more than a week and had to chase status and eventually cancelled the order. I ordered the same items from Ambient at 2pm and they were with me delivered by 9:30 the next day!
