Folio by Amitree Avis 38

I used Folio/Amitree for 8 years almost 9. It worked really well until it DIDN'T. Then it was a new issue weekly. Did they fix most of them quickly yes, but the problem was it became unreliable. My subscription automatically renewed and I was having more and more issue so I decided that I would find something else (AFrame) that worked much better without the issues. I switched everything over and asked for a Refund from Folio/Amitree since the platform was not doing as promised. They Outright REFUSED to give me a refund. I explained that I hadn't been happy for some time and as they could see there had been multiple issues. She (Karina) did not care at all. I am so disappointed in this business model, they would rather hold people Hostage to their underperforming platform that give a credit for the amount of the subscription that has been unused.

I LOVE this program! It makes my job as an Transaction Coordinator in Real Estate so much easier and our clients love it too! All information is is one place, and they can go back anytime and access it. Thank you again for a wonderful program that is so useful AND easy to use!

I've been a user for 5 years or more now and love it. I'm able to set up my own templated timelines and easily make adjustments. It helps keep me on track during transactions and makes my life easier. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good system to keep your transactions organized.

The help desk is always so patient and helpful. We need more of that in the world today.

Folio is AWESOME!
I love the simplicity of it and I wouldn't be able to run my Transaction Coordinator business without it. Folio is who I refer other TC's to as well.

I was introduced to Folio by being on the opposite side of a deal with an agent who used it. It was so helpful that I decided to subscribe myself. It makes keeping up with timelines so much easier. I love the automatic syncing with my calendar. It has been a lifesaver!

I rely on Folio to keep track of my emails in a very organized way. My clients love the timeline provided and the fact that no deadline is missed. Folio keeps you informed of the deadlines so you can rely on the fact that your customers will never be out of compliance with the contract they signed.

Excellent customer service! Quick and responsive- very unusual in programs of this type-

I’ve used Folio for about 4 years and it has been nothing short of amazing. It’s the perfect contract to close tool for anyone with a real estate business- it essentially eliminates the need for a Transaction Coordinator! I get compliments often from partners and clients for being so “on top of things” and “well organized” and I have to thank Folio for that. I love Folio!

I get compliments from the agents and other people involved in the transaction on how easy it is and how impressive it looks. I set the templates up in advance and BOOM, I am done with new transactions in 2 minutes with the updated info for each offer. LOVE this!!! NEVER go away, I will cry!!!

I have done Los Angeles Westside residential real estate sales since 1999 and this is definitely one of the best tools to:
1. Help your clients stay on track of transaction timeframes with the timeline & list key contacts for the transaction all in 1 place
2. Keep myself on top of all transaction details using the timeline (which helps me stay organized and avoid forgetting things)
3. It makes the process of gathering emails for the Communication Log that's required by my company totally effortless

I was impressed with how Folio works until the system stopped sending the update notifications via email after making some changes/updates to the transaction. I reached out to customer support and they haven't resolved this for me. Not being able to receive notifications about status changes defeats the purpose of using this as a way to keep everyone in the loop.

Folio is so helpful for keeping me and my clients on the same page. In addition, the customer service is second to none. I was so lucky to be helped by Charmaine. I couldn't believe how responsive she was helping me through a few navigational issues (my end not theirs). Thank you Charmaine for top-notch customer service!!!!

I have been using Folio for several years now and just upgraded to the Team version! I am very happy with this system and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a grasp on their business but just isn't the micro-organizing type of mind. This program keeps you on top of it all.

I highly recommend Folio by Amitree for every realtor out there. The system helped me to stay organized even when I had a ton of transactions going at once. I love the fact that I can include the lender and co-op on the timeline as well, so there is never any confusing about when items are due. Their customer service is impeccable too! Over the last 4 years there hasn’t been one time that I contacted them and didn’t get an immediate response and solution.

This is a great little program for real estate agents. I love it, my clients love it, gives me a little bit of an edge up. Support is great and you get immediate answers to any questions you might have.

Great extension for Gmail. I use it for all my transactions, most clients seem to find it useful but really it helps me just as much as them if not more.
