Brought something off them on trademe. Cost me $163 NZ dollars. Never contacted me until I wrote a bad review and promised me a refund. Have never received a refund. Dont buy anything from them

Order will not arrive in time! Late in communicating. I am concerned about the return process based on the past experience posted.

Sent me a battered box containing trainers 5 sizes too small than ordered, at a cost £24 more than RRP. Returned the item for a refund but a week has now gone by since tracking records it arriving at their warehouse- don’t bother - have now refused me return postage trying to make out a us7 is a uk9.5 - jokers/frauds

Edit: They refunded me, so I'll change my review from 1 star to 3. I still believe they bought the mic from Amazon US, though...

I bought a microphones from Ami Ventures Inc. through OnBuy. The mic was delivered to me in an amazon bag with an amazon shipping receipt inside. The label on the outside peeled off to reveal another address label underneath. Basically, Ami Ventures bought a mic from amazon US and then sold it at a higher price in the UK.
Unscrupulous business practice.

It is a scam. I ordered 12 pack of 40m Glide dental floss on OnBuy (another scam website?) and the people trading as Ami Ventures Inc sent me 12 packs of 4m floss instead, i.e. 10 times less floss.

Ordered a jigsaw as a present for Christmas on 28th November. Got a message yesterday to say that the order was on its way. This morning another message to say that I'm being refunded as the item is of of stock.

I've managed to source the jigsaw elsewhere but now no idea if it will come before Christmas.

Almost 2 weeks to let me know it's out of stock?

Ordered through Onbuy, sold and dispatched by AMI Ventures. Delivery estimate 25th - 27th June.

After many messages dating from 28/06/2024, AMI today (11th July) finally sent me the tracking information I requested on the 28th. Along with two pictures of the property that the item was delivered to. Somewhere in Canada 🇨🇦 by the look of it. Only missed the UK by 3500 miles 🤣 Quality logistics dept. AMI. Shear quality...

Ordered a book from them via AbeBooks. Received the wrong book and they refuse to answer any emails or do anything to help me.

I was in search of a copy of a very difficult to find older book that I had inherited from my father. This team was outstanding in having it available for a great price and fast delivery. I will check them as a source in future needs too.

The copy of The Bachman Books: Four Early Novels by Richard Bachman (Steven King) arrived when it was projected to arrive. The book is a paperback and in very good condition.
I had an original copy years ago that I loaned to friend but never had it returned. Now the only new copies have been edited to remove one of the stories (Rage) due to its perceived offensive storyline.

An absolute horrible shopping experience from this co. via onbuy.com - Item takes more than a month to arrive to UK - wasn't able to locate my delivery once located, asked to return as it took too long to get and already purchased similar item - Horrible customer service telling me the return time has passed - Whilst seller clearly aware of the delivery process that took more than reasonable time//

In addition, this seller practice a very SNEAKY marketing methods by displaying large item - when in fact its a sample size product

EU/UK buyers please be ware - not worth the stress at all!!

First time using amiventures via Onbuy.
Ordered an item (ORDER NO. TWZ2PX), then got an email two days later from seller saying that the price was wrong and they cancelled the order.
Seems to be a scammy operator potentially harvesting bank details via fake products.

Great deal with this seller will definitely suggest to all of friends to purchase from this seller...
