Jamey was great!
Jamey was great! He phoned at the start of the day with an ETA and again when he was on his way. He was really friendly and he gave a thorough run down of what he had done to the car.
I would highly recommend the service. From start to finish the whole process was easy and convenient.

Immaculate brake replacement
I had Mitch (8383) come out to sort my brakes discs and pads. Within 10 minutes he had the car over a tarp, hitched up and working away. I had a message from him confirming the works the day before and a call before arrival on the morning of the works done. He explained what to do with the new brakes whilst they break in and even shown me the old brakes and the uneven wear. Before long the car was finished, I received a log of the work done and an inspection report. Couldn't find any faults with the service from start to finish.

It's great you can get RAC to come to you for some repairs and servicing. While my mechanic was a bit late, he still came out to do the job, was very friendly and did a great job. I'd definitely recommend using them.

Jay (ID:8789) recently serviced 2 of our cars and we are very happy with the work. Jay was on time, told me exactly what he is going to do, and completed the work to a very high standard. I also liked the fact that he gave me a summary of the work completed. Jay was very professional and friendly. He patiently answered my questions and suggested alternative solutions. I would happily recommend RAC and Jay to anyone looking to service their car or if you need emergency repairs.

RAC mobile service
I was very pleased with the service. It was extremely convenient not having to drive the car to a garage, and the work was completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Many thanks to Mike (8719) , who was a friendly, professional and efficient mechanic. He carried out the service with care, and I had no concerns about the way the work was undertaken. The driveway was also left clean and tidy afterwards, which was appreciated.
The weather was dry, and our wide, spacious driveway provided an ideal working environment for carrying out the service.
The only thing I would have appreciated was some advice or a recommendation regarding when the cambelt should next be replaced. This would have been useful to know as part of the service.
Overall, I was very happy with the service and would like to thank Mike for his friendly and professional approach.
