Polite & helpful
Dean (8616) was very helpful and managed to get the starter motor replaced despite the van being parked on slight downward hill.
Afterwards he also answered several other questions and kindly pointed out some signs of oil in the intercooler pipe to keep an eye on.

Frustrating …
My second visit after my original service, my first rating was 5 stars but after the repairs were carried out a fault light remained on. The engineer was again a great guy very professional but after an expensive bill to find out the repair did not fix the fault left me feeling frustrated and now I will have another bill coming. Would I use the service again… yes this was based on the attitude of the staff member/engineer who attended

Friendly, clear explanation of service and update afterward
Josh was friendly and explained what he was going to do and how he would do it before starting. He said approximately how long he would take and then proceeded.
Once completed, he confirmed that everything was as it should be with no concerns.
