Brilliant service
Brilliant service. It takes away the hassle of getting it to the garage and waiting around or having to drop off and pick up later. Paul (mechanic) was very polite and informative. He also took my booking for 2027.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! My car broke down I wasnt able to get into it due to the battery. Two gentlemen came Mr Campbell Turner ID number 8364 and Mr Ollie Biggs ID number 5382. They went above and beyond to help and explain every detail. Changed the battery, helped to top up the engine oil. Entertained my 3 year old. She kept asking to fix this or that and bless them they both listened and helped as much as they could. Was having a bad day but they put a smile on our faces too. Highly appreciated their service the people they were gems. I hope if I ever have an issue(hopefully not) that they will be the ones to help me again. ☺️

The battery I bought from RAc I was…
The battery I bought from RAc I was told does not warranty them changing it for free
I was told that I can spread the payments to 3 instalments and the full money was collected from my card which I did not authorise them to do
I have asked. For the refund on my money and I have not heard from RAc
The service is misleading and I will not be using the service again

Had a bit of an issue with my appointment but the mechanic, Kyle, was fantastic. Was on time, completed the work very quickly and was very friendly. He more than made up for the issues with the appointment booking.

Very convenient for an car 🚗 service 🛢️ 🔧
First time I've used the RAC for an home booking service & inspection.
Was messaged when they were on their way.
They turned up about an 40 minutes after the message.
I went to the gym for 50 minutes & got back & they were finished 10 minutes after.
Totally recommend this as it saves the time of having to go to an garage for an service.
The price was also spot on with garage's at £252 for an oil change, air filter & inspection.
Will use again in the future.
