What a fantastic service and a brilliant patrol man (Mannohar ID: 8055) who was wonderful…….even gave me sun tan cream for my head.

Arrived within 30minutes, very efficient mechanic, pleasant manner. O064486. Despite my informing phone staff that I was using a borrowed phone which they were wanting back quickly, no notice was taken and they had several updates which they found annoying.

Sam came to me and was excellent.I had previously had various explanations from different garages as to what was the problem with my car most of it speculation.! I finally got an answer which made sense, thank you .

We liked that the issue with the engine was fixed and car was serviced, didnt like that there was no message to say when turning up, they needed off road space which we didnt know so had to go to tesco car park, and never got an after service report

My service today was great! The mechanic ( Scott Howell #8394 ) went above and beyond 👍 as when he got to me, I also needed a new battery which he went and got and fitted as well as doing the service on the car! Lovely man and very helpful! Thanks Scott!! Definitely recommend 👍

Very polite helpful mechanic called B Ringham 8373 went above and behond to sort my car for me

I debated for a long time whether or not to leave a review... So, I’ll start by saying I decided to use an RAC mobile mechanic after reading other people's feedback... That was the first and last time I ever entrusted my car to an RAC mechanic! First of all, he struggled with the air filter right from the start—he didn't know how to install it, even though it's a simple job. I had to go outside and help him because I was afraid he’d break something. When I got out there, I saw the air filter box was full of leaves, yet he was trying to force the filter in anyway. I cleaned it out myself and showed him the correct way to install it! Then he changed the engine oil and lied to me right away; he claimed he’d put in 5.3 liters, but the container only held 5 liters—I have security cameras, so I saw everything! He only poured in 5 liters, and the next day I had to top it up because the "minimum oil level" warning light had come on! My Audi has a plastic oil sump with a single-use plastic drain plug; he didn't replace the plug, and the oil started dripping! He was also supposed to change the fuel filter but claimed it didn't need replacing at such low mileage—though, of course, I didn't want him doing anything else to my car anyway! I do not recommend these "pseudo-mechanics" from RAC; I will never use their services again

Farai was a great advert for the RAC. He was professional, polite and personable Explained the process clearly and gave a couple of useful tips. A basic job that clearly didn't tax his capabilities but still received his total commitment.

Brilliant and such a strait forward and honest service… will book all my future services this way going forward.
