The solar battery and inverter were installed quickly and efficiently by Amore Renewables Ltd. Ian Lavender did the initial examination of our premises and explained the process and what would happen. Jamie Rose did the installation.
The site survey conducted by Ian Lancashire from Amore was delivered without the hard sell, it was informative and delivered the information required. The products and knowledge given by Ian were very useful and has given us the confidence to proceed with the solar and battery option. Hopefully the installation process goes as well as the survey. I am happy to write this on the basis of the initial in-person visit we have had from Amore’s engineer, Ian Lancaster. From the start we found Ian’s courteous and transparent style of interacting with us to be impressive. His attention to detail, yet not trying to impress us with baffling techno-speak or sales pressure has left its mark, irrespective of our still undecided final decision.
