I returned a Purea unit to them last July for a firmware update. They received the unit on July 14, 2025. They have not returned the unit or replied to me AT ALL. Basically they have stolen it from me... Voir plus

Fast Processing and they stick to their word!
I participated in a promotion with AmpAura where I was selected to destroy a gas generator and in exchange I'd get an AmpAura power station for $1. I was skeptical if they would follow through and wondered how long it would take to get the item if they did hold up their end of the deal. I was pleasantly surprised that I received my promo code to just pay $1 within a day of posting my videos, and I had my power station within a week! I used it on a road trip this last week and it worked great! I highly recommend AmpAura!

Outstanding quality, the best service I’veexperienced
The quality is outstanding, i love it. The purea 3 kept my fridge running for over 20 hours during that power outage, saving all my foods. And whenever I've had a question, their customer service, both online and in the community, has been right there to help me out. That's what sets them apart from the competition

Aweful!
I ordered a EV adapter and was shipped from China 7/29/24 to a wrong address. I worked tirelessly to correct the wrong address with AmpAura Tech but was not able to change the address correctly and was delivered to the wrong address in MI yesterday.AmpAura send a replacement through the snail mail and didn’t overnight it and is still waiting to see fruition of my order for more than a month.
