Ordered a couple dresses to try for a wedding and Amy Jane London accidentally sent one incorrect dress over. Not only did they ship the correct one the next day, they allowed me to keep the incorrect dress as well! Very responsive customer service and the correct dress was beyond worth the wait. Gorgeous quality and I can’t wait to wear it!

Firstly, I had an issue when my delivery arrived, once I contacted customer care they were AMAZING! Sorted the issue and my new order arrived within 1 day. You couldn't get better customer service. Secondly, the dress 😍 absolutely a dream dress 15/10 !

I ordered a Fayette Maxi dress for a wedding ceremony and it’s absolutely stunning. The color, the shape, the details, the lenght - all amazing. I am a short person (165 cm) and usually maxi dresses are too long for me, but this one is just perfect! The dress is both elegant and pretty, I would recommend it for any special occasion :) I am from Poland and the shipping was instant, it literally took 1 and a half day. Also I personally had great experience with communicating AJL team regarding my dress, they answered me really fast. Therefore, I can confidently say I am very happy about my order and overall experience with Amy Jane London.

I bought the Arabella in blue for a wedding a year in advance! I didn’t have to wait very long for it to arrive and it is beautiful just like the pictures!! Princess vibes! Very reasonable price (it was on sale at the time) no regrets at all it was perfect for my beach wedding!

I have ordered one of the dresses for my cousin's wedding. When it arrived I didn't like the material because it was just sooooo itchy (shifon I think it was called), so I returned it. The process went pretty smoothly, the only down part is that the return isn't paid for, but it was only £9 from Nottinghamshire to London.

With 4 days left until the wedding, I went on their website again to order another dress, this time I made sure it was all cotton+plus, because it was my first order, they've given me a 10% discount.

When it arrived - OMG! The most beautiful dress I've worn! I felt like the Beauty for The Beauty and The Beast😂 Stunning! And everyone loved it too!

The fact that they have the measurements for each dress on the website, as well as a full description for each one of them, makes it sooo much easier to choose the right size. I thought I was supposed to get an S, but after looking at their measurements against mine, I actually needed an XS - which fits like a glove!

Absolutely love it and I can't wait to get another one!

Amy Jane London has beautiful dresses. I received a lot of compliments on the dress. It ships to the U.S. quickly and is made of high-quality fabric. I will buy their dresses again! They are feminine, beautiful, and make me happy.

I bought a dress with next day delivery option and haven’t received a tracking confirmation email for a day! Only when I reached out they told me the item is out of stock but up until now on their website it says the dress is available! I tried buying again in hopes that it’s available but same story again
You also have to email them a couple of times before they respond to you

I bought a dress and contacted the company three ways (email, website chat, and insta dms) and the have not responded at all. I sent the email on Thursday, and I’m writing this review of a Monday. I don’t want the dress! If you’re an American customer, do not order from Amy Jane London
Edit: Customer service responded to me on Monday after I dmed them on instagram. They provided a return slip for me to return with. The only weird thing is that customer service didn’t respond to me on Friday, when I had sent the email Thursday. I will say, the clothing is mediocre quality for the price. This dress was $127 for viscose, however the other cotton dresses are more worth the buck
EDIT 2: This is just a warning from me but if you are an American girlie ordering overseas, make sure you are 1000% percent into the stuff you are ordering. The return process is terrible mainly because you have to pay the shipping fee. Watch out, because a cheaper fee ($50) has a high chance of not getting to it’s destination, however the other end of the spectrum is $250-$300, which is considerably more than the cost of the dress itself. Just a warning for other US girls like me! Please, please make sure you are fully into the clothing you are buying before you have to deal with the extreme return costs!!

Really beautiful dress and excellent customer service and communication. They went the extra mile to accommodate my initial panic when DHL delivered to the wrong house even sending me a second dress as a replacement until I’d found out where the other one had gone as I had a wedding coming up I needed the dress fur asap. Very grateful for their help and I love my dress so much. Would definitely order again !

Completely ignore emails and instagram text asking to return an order and for address.
