Gutted that this has gone down hill, I had lots of good deals off it. The last order I made they sent me the wrong shoe size so I sent it back to everything10pounds.co.uk and then said they haven't got my size in stock and it took 2 weeks to get a refund on a £5 pair of boots. I suggest then make the returns process more simpler, it left a bad taste in my mouth.

This was my go to shop for many years 2015 - 2022. Got super deals then they started raising prices, raised postage, returns policy became horrendous, sizing was for Chinese, and lenth of time it took to ship was more that If I shipped goods from another country. So I stopped. I Decided to go back today in 2025 and I didn't even recognise the website with all the desperate pop up ads, and forced to watch an ad to access the site. When I finally accessed the site there were no filters, and every item I clicked on was out of stock. So I closed the page and went over to Shien. E5P SHELF LIFE IS UP. GOODBYE FOR GOOD.

i havent shopped for a while but when i tried to log in whats happened to the site its just all crappy stuff not a full shop and most of it is sold out . Get yourself sorted and get back to the full shop i wont be shopping there anymore

Such a shame used to buy alot here. Now very little of value and excessive delivery times. I've moved onto another retailer.

AVOID this company, I have placed the order on the 1st of November and still didn't receive it. Costumer service is useless also.

Sadly this 'was' an amazing online store but it seems greed has taken over!
I knew that this was going to happen when they first raised the prices little by little. This was a unique online store with most items from abroad that wasn't sold in England. Now they have gotten lazy and it's all our own end of season merchandise which we can already easily purchase anyway.
Nothing special about it now. I'd give it a few more years and nobody will bother with it.

Used to love this company but now it's no longer true to its name. Hardly anything is £5 and the only bits that are seem to be poorly made and awful fabrics. The postage is very expensive and the delivery is slow.

They have really gone downhill. Should be called Everything Acrylic. Cheap rubbish and selling at the same price as their suppliers. Such a shame as I was a customer for years and have previously left a glowing review.

I made my order 13 days ago and its only just been processed and left their warehouse. Now i have to wait a further 3 days for delivery. Where is this order coming from.... Because of this reason alone i will not be returning to purchase any other items, weather the items i do eventually receive are good or not.

I ordered 2 pair of boots in the sale £4.50 and £3 didn't really expect them to be so WOW !!!. They are perfect I would have gladly paid £20 or more in the shops for them. Great quality perfect fit biker boots. Thank you sooo very much.

Used ro love this company but few items I orders has holes in them not as good as they used to be a couple of orders there is at least one item missing we think we are getting a good deal but when u can't even wear once better quality on she in

Here's the joke of the week. I recently bought 4 dresses. One of them didn't have the belt with it so I emailed the company and asked to send the belt. They explained that they couldn't because the dress came from one of their suppliers. So they offered me a partial discount on the dress (I like the dress and I didn't want to send it back). They gave me a refund of 75p! Yes you read that correctly....75p!
Crazy.
Never again!

Received clothes that were literally falling apart, stitching coming away at the seams etc. Refused to allow a return as I missed the 30day window being in hospital due to almost dying in child birth. Terrible customer service

Had high expectations, however, pretty disappointed. Claims to be 'high street' brands, however, not received anything remotely high street worthy. Ordered some denim shorts and a dress - I am usually a size 6 so ordered a 6 in the shorts and XS in the dress. Both arrived 'huge'!! The labels have all been cut out (including the size) therefore, no way of telling if the correct size has ben received! But from looking at the items - most definitely not a 6/XS!! No way to return unless I want to waste more money on postage, so lumbered with useless items. Won't be using again that's for sure!

Do not order from here never received the goods and don't refund you absolute nightmare

Worst customer service- £40 wasted never again. Made a big order and bought a lot of items which were not £5, £20 each etc. One coat was missing from my order which was obviously intentional as they were all on the delivery slip. Contacted them regarding the missing item and they just say that all the items are checked and need ridiculous photos of every item, the box and the delivery slip which makes no difference as I am telling them that the item was not in there! No other website is this bad. I reordered the coat as I needed it for an Xmas gift, updated my new address on the website and went to PayPal checkout (with my new address entered) as soon as I clicked make payment the system kicked out the new address and confirmed my order to a previous address on my account where I no longer live! I messaged customer service to change the address and even managed to contact them before it was dispatched and they answered. A while later I got an email just stating that unfortunately the parcel had already been dispatched. No other info at all and no help or resolution. Whoever gets my parcel merry Xmas and I’ll never use this company again as I’ve now paid over £40 for a coat which wasn’t in the first order and now is going somewhere else! Absolute rubbish

Ordered a jacket listed as size 20 to 22. I am a size 18 so expected a generous fit. On receiving the item, I could fit into it twice over, it is huge. I do not know anyone big enough to gift it to and to return it would leave me further out of pocket.i am disgusted with this and feel very let down !

Didn’t have huge expectations given the price, but items are really very poor and my jumper arrived with a hole in it. When I contacted the company they refused to offer and exchange and instead offered a postage label that I was expected to print out and get to the post office at my own expense. I wouldn’t use them again and would advise you that sadly you pay for what you get. Don’t waste your money!

I think e5p is great the products I've had been of good quality there's only been 2items I've not liked but that can happen with expensive websites just wish I'd found the site yrs ago even customer service was great delivery & packaging was good I was very pleased with most of the stuff infact waiting for a delivery now I find they are addictive cos there so cheap well done to all the team thanks CAROLYN
