I was impressed by the honesty and consideration my sales lady showed me. I was happy with the delivery people that brought me my great new couch and loveseat.

staff in shop was not skilled.
My order was not processed correctly and i had to contact the delivery center myself to find out that the order had been 'missed', so i had an extra delay before receiving the goods.

Extremely helpful in the showroom & with the furniture delivery. The assembly was quick, clean& efficient.

I found the dining table that meets all my needs with the help of Winnie Huang (Store Supervisor). The store is full of great options and people there are all friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend everyone to check it out.

Excellent help with choosing a dining table. I came back for chairs later, and found what I wanted. Ana's has a great choice of furniture that is different but really nice and great quality.

The style of ANA furniture is modern and classic. I like their design, it fit for people who like the simple style of modern. The price is not overrated. The store manager is very helpful in giving suggestions.

Had my dining set delivered and the table and chair had scratches on them. Didn't finish putting it together packed it all up and had another set delivered a couple days later which was perfect. Very satisfied.

My furniture came on time and the assembly guy also were fast.

The overall experience was good except for the price wherein I think I should have gotten a better deal for so many item purchased and should have gotten free assembly
