The best customer service very smooth conversations on WhatsApp I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the two necklace sets boxes I was really thrilled by the beauty of the pieces they were meticulously made and very unique designs I highly recommend Anaya jewelry and they were on time for sending everything and luckily I didn't pay any extra tariff taxes, which made me more happy and encouraging to order more in the future.

They take your money . Whether you like the product or not - you can forget about customer service . Product is bulky and cheap and you will just be stuck with it . Worst product and customer service ever . They are available 24/7 when taking your money but once that is done - you can forget about your money .

I paid £90 for a necklace and the quality is atrocious. Lightweight, flimsy and unwearable. The positive reviews of this company are surely questionable, I struggle to comprehend how anyone could be pleased with the quality. And be aware, they do not offer refunds, credit voucher only. Total scam. Avoid!

I paid £90 for this necklace and the quality is terrible ...its so lightweight it feels like a plastic necklace ! Unfortunately I have run out of the time to return the item as it arrived just before i left for my holidays. I would really appreciate a chance to return it or exchange it for something more solid
