I called to make my first payment n…
I called to make my first payment n it/they wanted to charge me an $8 service fee 😮 but they said I could pay online with no $8 fee 👍 so I tried paying it on my iPhone to no avail n then on my laptop with Firefox again, to no avail 🤬 so I started trying internet explorer n thought I had to re register n it said there was already someone with my exact information 🤪😮 so I called again n Veronica walked me back through n told me that I just needed to log in as all the information was mine but instead of Firefox I had to use internet explorer to make a payment 👍 payment was on made successfully n I’m happier now 👍 please make an app or make “anchor general” available to iPhones 🙏🏻 Veronica was very nice n stayed on the phone with me the whole time n verified that payment was made 👍 thank again 🙏🏻
