If your thinking of taking a CCW class I highly recommend you book with Zero Condition. Thomas and Joe were great, we covered a lot of materials and no one fell asleep lol. Thomas gave a free shooting leason on the range that really helped me!!
Thomas was very accommodating and professional around scheduling, particularly in working with me around my own schedule limitations. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave clear instructions. I would recommend the basic pistol class to anyone looking to be more proficient. An added bonus was that the range where we trained had breathtaking views of the mountains and desert and Las Vegas.

My first time at the range in nearly a year. Was there for my first LEOSA qual. Thomas M was my instructor. An absolute pleasure to work with!! Very professional and knowledgeable! Awesome experience with Thomas. Super good at teaching fundamentals in simple terms but also making the lessons interactive around anything I wanted to cover! Definitely worth it and coming back for my CCW

When you take a course with Thomas, you’re not only taking a course, you’re also getting expert level knowledge packaged up for you in a short time period. Thomas’s approach is unique, he challenges you in a very positive way, pushing you to think outside the box while also allowing you to offer your input as well. You will definitely walk away from a course with Thomas and his team more knowledgeable however opportunities to work with experts like them are rare so it’s up to you to take full advantage and extract as much information from them as you can. I was very satisfied with Thomas’s instruction during my CCW renewal course and will definitely be returning for more courses with him and the Condition Zero Tactical team. Attending the Nevada CCW Class at Condition Zero Tactical was great! Mr. Thomas Marshall and team provided a mellow and welcoming experience. Mr. Marshall was very informative on the laws and regulations for conceal carry. The 8 hours went quickly and I believe Mr. Marshall is an instructor who is creative, experienced and really enjoys what he teaches. I highly recommend taking your CCW class here.

Honestly Thomas and Joe deserve not 5 but 10 stars. It was my best friend , her husband and myself in a private class and we learned so much. Thomas is very informative and has a lot of patience. My friend husband doesn’t speak English and he allowed us to translate for him. So if you don’t speak the language this is the place. My friend and I did the renewal and her man was the first time to acquire his CCW. I been to another range and there were a lot of things that we didn’t know that we learned with him. Joe let us shoot with his gun that has a green laser and man , what a difference specially if you’re blind as a bat. The range is well set up, outdoor, and with a safety it needs to complete the shooting. Thomas sent us his recs for guns, bullets and even showed us how to clean the gun and what to use. I would recommend them 100 times.

I had an excellent experience today and wanted to take a moment to thank Thomas and his partner for allowing us to participate in a private class. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and patient throughout the entire session.
Every question we asked was answered thoroughly and with clear, detailed explanations. They also took the time to go over equipment and general supplies, which was extremely helpful. I truly appreciated how informative and hands-on the class was.
Even though I previously took an indoor CCW class back in 2020, I learned so many new techniques, especially when it came to properly handling and cleaning my firearm. This class definitely expanded my knowledge and confidence.
Thank you again for creating such a welcoming learning environment and for encouraging questions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and educational experience!

I had an outstanding experience training with Thomas Marshall. He is easily one of the most knowledgeable instructors I've ever worked with. From the safety emphasis, clear communication, patience, technical expertise, and professionalism; my accuracy improved noticeably! What really impressed me was his ability to spot small issues in my technique and correct them immediately. Initially I started working with Condition Zero for my CCW class earlier in the year. I really enjoyed the class and decided to sign up for a private training session to help with my fundamentals.
Thomas really is a great instructor that provided me with clear insight that improved my trigger discipline and shooting fundamentals by the end of the training session.
One of my goals this year is to really improve my weapons proficiency. Thomas has thankfully gotten me on my way to accomplishing that.

I fall into THAT category: one who has not acquired the skill to operate a gun under the instruction of her firearms-enthusiast husband. Sometimes, he can be condescending and impatient with my “lack of ability”. To address this issue, I’ve met the MAN: Thomas Marshall (Condition ZERO Tactical LLC). The reviews are true: he’s engaging, knowledgeable, thorough, personable, informative, encouraging, interactive, and down-to-earth.
Thomas is an instructor that understands the psychology of learning. He teaches in a way that’s easy to understand, like following a simple recipe for chocolate chip cookies. He explains things step by step and shares helpful tips, so you know exactly what to do for great results.
He pays attention to small but important details—like when to take breaks, where the bathrooms are, and how to give feedback in a supportive way. He manages time well, making the class go by quickly and feel enjoyable.
The class was even better than I expected. It left a positive impression, like a good Hallmark movie that stays with you. I highly recommend taking his private class and I’m excited for team classes in the future.

I've been a retired (LEO) for several years, I knew I had become a little "rusty" Lol. MSgt. Thomas Marshall is one of the best firearms instructors i have trained with.
He is able to pinpoint any deficiency that you may have, and with his years of expertise, assist you with positive re-enforcement to help you achieve your goal.
After completing his training, you will have much more Confidence in your abilities.

Excellent training experience. The instructor, Thomas was clear , professional, and focused on real improvement. I appreciated his honest feedback and practical coaching.
