Speedy and very efficient service
The questions about my skin and skincare were easy to do although I wasn't sure about some of my answers as I don't know alot about skin conditions so it would have been useful to have someone do it with me. I took the photos at the end and found it a little difficult to take them of myself! If I'd been prepared I would have again asked someone else to take the photos.Having said that I could have got additional help/support from the support team. It took me about 10 minutes to complete. Very quick email response and I received my prescribed night cream 2 days later. Very efficient. There is alot of packaging, which I hope is recyclable. I found the core prescription details etc on the green page a bit difficult to read. Print could be larger. Overall a positive experience.

I am using three products
I am using three products. The cleanser, the day moisturiser and the night serum. I have noticed a difference in just a week. My skin looks bright and healthy. Gorgeous products which smell as good as they look. So glad I found these.
