AVOID bought some bio freezer bags from them, didn't need them for about 3 months but when I opened the pack the bags just split from top to bottom in ribbons, completely unusable... Contacted them, just ignored me.. will never buy from them again

I spent hours searching for a toothbrush for my baby that wasn't made of plastic, and am very happy I found &Keep's Bamboo Toothbrushes! As someone who is against the use of plastics, especially on products that we use on and in our bodies, I was relieved to find a brush without plastic bristles for my baby. Instead, they've used castor oil bristles - like SURI do for adults. The toothbrushes are a perfect size for my 6mo. He loves holding one while I brush his teeth. I use with Weleda's Children's Tooth Gel for a natural effective clean. Will definitely repurchase when they need replacing.

Terrible product, very poor quality. Not at all as described and very poor packaging and presentation. Very disappointed and would not recommend using this company.

They sent me the wrong colour item, I emailed to try and exchange or refund but no response. Awful and will never use again.

I wanted to buy wrapping paper which was environmentally friendly but not sacrificing good looks. This seller definitely has good options with very attractive designs. Love the retro VW options and garden birds. The colours are muted, but very nice all the same. Although they helpfully give you the size of the paper, think of it as able to wrap an LP record! I decided to also purchase their recycled string and felt that they let me down here. You cannot choose the colours but I thought that they would send two different ones. Sadly, I got two very similar yellows and felt that I wouldn’t have chosen two like this. Perhaps there might be a way of asking for different hues in the future and not leaving it to luck? The paper is thick and very good quality, so besides the string issue, a good buy.

All products are sourced from UK vendors, and the environmental and ethical commitments are all clearly displayed on each product page, along with the ingredients of each product. Customer service is excellent (you won't need it often) and there are even subscription options for products like toothpaste. A great website if you're trying to move towards a more environmentally-conscious life, but also just a good source of high-quality brands that you might not find elsewhere.

This is a great business that has a fantastic ethos. As well as delivering products that are well priced, they also have a blog and are active on social media. I have ordered from them once but followed them for a while and I love seeing the new plastic free products on the market, Everything is delivered plastic free too!
