Placed an order weeks ago payment been taken. No order and absolutely no correspondence from any email I’ve sent? Surely if the company isn’t trading at present people shouldn’t be allowed to order and have their money taken ?

The melts Laura produces are outstanding. They are by far the best melts in found. Not only is the scent throw on point, her melts look stunning also! Her themed drop boxes are amazing too- always fun and it gives a chance to try our new scents! Laura puts A LOT of hard work into her melts and it shows! Outstanding service! Highly recommended! I cannot rate these wax melts enough. The scents are the strongest and last the longest than any other wax melts I have used. The design of every single bar whether a limited edition or a regular on the menu is always absolutely brilliant and never fails to impress. The wax used is also always the best as it never stains or gets stuck or spits anywhere and it’s always easy to remove from the burners with minimum effort.
Absolutely gorgeous scents that fill the house and outlast any others I’ve tried. All beautifully labelled and packaged as well.
