Tempi di consegna lunghi ma ne vale la pena
Ho aspettato due mesi per avere la consegna dell'ordine, arrivata oggi, perché il prodotto doveva essere spedito dall'azienda produttrice. Ho mandato numerose e-mail e ho sempre ricevuto risposta, anzi devo dire che l'assistenza è stata impeccabile. I prodotti sono eccellenti e il prezzo competitivo. L'attesa vale la pena, consigliato.

DA ASSOLUTAMENTE EVITARE
Quando fatto l'ordine della lampada, era ancora disponibile e c'era scritto 7-10 gg per la consegna, passati due settimane, niente notizia, dalla pagine dell'ordine non si può capire nient'altro che il prezzo pagato. Dopo varie tentativi, email di continuo sollecito per conoscere lo stato dell'ordine, mi ha risposto dicendo che il prodotto è fuori assortimento, e mi arriverà a settembre (3 mesi dopo), l'ho risposto subito per cancellare l'ordine e avere il rimborso indientro, nessuna risposta. Sito da evitare

Al momento della consegna della lampada, un paralume era danneggiato. Le richieste all'assistenza clienti rimangono irrisolte. Una risposta di due settimane del tipo "Siamo spiacenti..." non risolve il problema.

no estremamente soddisfatto del servizio offerto da InLight. Il problema riguardava il prodotto e non InLight, ma nonostante ciò il loro team ha fatto di tutto per venire incontro alle mie esigenze. Hanno organizzato il ritiro del reso direttamente a casa mia e gestito il rimborso in modo impeccabile. UNSERIOUS PEOPLE
I bought a Kartell ij armchair on promotion in November 2024. The small armchair delivered to me had a defective screw fixing the seat to the frame.
I wrote to the seller several times and only received a silly request to send the product quality control card as a reply. Of course I went along with the request, but it was no use, I still receive no reply.
They are unserious people.

Ho comunicato con largo anticipo che non avrei potuto ritirare l'articolo dato che è stato sforato il limite di consegna garantito. Although my order arrived damaged due to shipping issues, Andlight’s customer service was exceptional. Prodotto di ottima fattura a buon prezzo
La spedizione è stata rapida. L'unica pecca, nonostante il link di tracciamento, questo non veniva aggiornato negli ultimi giorni facendo pervenire la lampada ordinata inavvertitamente a casa.
Comunque la lampada è arrivata sana.
Il prezzo era imbattibile tra quelli sui vari siti di comparazione e nei vari browser.
Il servizio clienti di Andlight ha risposto alle domande e dubbi che li ho posto via email. Grazie.
