Good and very fast customer support

I got the activation key for LockWiper in two minutes after the purchase. Sakara, a very kind technical support specialist answered my email with my problem in 10 to 15 minutes and provided an easy and quick solution.
So overall very good customer support and an easy to use program!

Great customer service

Great customer service . Sakara was prompt,courteous ,and although I did not initially receive the answer I was looking for, with a few quick emails back and forth the problem was solved to my satisfaction without any hassle or difficulty. You need more people on your team like Sakara. In fact you should give Sakara a raise!!!

The app didn't work the best

The app didn't work the best, but I didn't really have the right phones (weren't officially supported). Another thing I didn't like was that only 5 devices could be unlocked on the highest plan possible.

But their customer service in giving me a refund was much better which is why I am giving a higher review.

Una compañía muy profesional y…

Una compañía muy profesional y competente, hacen un trabajo de calidad, responden enseguida a los mensajes y saben solucionarte el problema lo más pronto posible y te dan varías alternativas.
Mi problema fue que el producto que compre, por un mal entendido no supe instalarlo correctamente y no pude hacer uso de él. Así que pedí un reembolso ya que lo veía un poco injusto pagar algo al que lamentablemente no iba a poder sacar partido.
Atención al cliente me supo dar uno solución, me explicaron que los reembolsos solo son cuando el producto ha salido defectuoso o no pudo resolver el problema, pero que si mantenía la licencia ya que la había pagado por todos los problemas causados y al ser una empresa que quiere lo mejor para sus clientes me devolverían la mitad del dinero que pagué por el mismo. Así que a pesar de no poder haber sabido instalar el producto estoy más que segura que me hubiese funcionado, porque se ve que son muy eficientes con su trabajo.

iMyFone has great customer service, they are very responsive and honest, they were very collaborative with me when I purchased a wrong licence of the software they sell and provided me with many solutions to pick from. I'm very satisfied that I selected the iMyFone products.

The product is good but it not solve my problem maybe imy phone Samsung S21 is so new they don’t have the patch for it yet .The after sale customer service is great they answer all questions and if they don’t have the solution for my problem they offer me the full refund kudos to the company

I ordered the frp lock from these guys. On my specific model,it didn't work. But,these guys tried all solutions,with support helping me the whole way!!! And when it didn't work,they gave me a refund!!! That's a great company that stands by their word!!!! I give their service and support and their word 5 stars.....nothing less!!;

Great customer service

Great customer service, and had timely responses with answers to all of my questions. I had a setback due to software updates on my PC and they had amazing patience and were very understanding. Then once i needed help again they were more than ready and happy to help.
