My 5 stars is not for the product but for the customer service.
I got locked out of my new Z Flip (forgot the complicated pattern, didn't have Find My Mobile enabled since this phone was new...). I tried to use this service and as it turns out, it's NOT friendly to newer Androids. Beware newer Android users - vet their list of available phones before buying. They also have a free try before buy but I didn't see it.
Since I didn't get to use this product, I did request a refund because duh.. that's $32 something dollars I want back. Because this wasn't a "technical" issue, they didn't give me a 100% refund but they did issue a 70% refund since they understood where I was coming from.
Overall - 5 stars for customer service but not for the product since I didn't get to use it. They responded quick to my refund ticket and the team was reasonable.

The product does not work
I contacted customer service after the product did not work on my specific device.
At first they were not enthusiastic about returning the money to me in full claiming that I was responsible for not checking the compatibility of my device.
I ended up talking to Sakara who helped me and pressed for me to get my money back because it was not my fault anyway.
* The money was refunded to me in full.

Well I found out the hard way that my android was not supported on their system. I was first informed that my refund request was gonna be denied. I responded with some choice words on the matter. I was quite rude in fact. Regardless the follow up email was strictly professional and polite and offered half my money back. My response was even ruder yet. But after the reply email was once again quite polite and fair! I got my full refund and I am fully impressed with their willingness to keep my happy

I had a locked android cell phone, by chance I saw an ad for LockWiper in my Quora feed. On a whim I ordered the product, although it didn't meet my expectations. The one thing that did was iMyFone's Customer Service and Tech Support Specialist Sakara was most helpful. Thank you!

Great customer service.
Unfortunately, the software did not work for my particular phone, but the customer service was exceptional. They did what they could to solve the problem and when it was determined nothing could be done, they issued a prompt refund.
