Wonderful service & response! I wanted to order a personalised cookie for valetines day, and literally most websites I looked at were all sold out or couldn't deliver before Vday! Andy and sarahs to the rescue! Can't wait to try them - they look delicious and perfect condition after delivery :)

Excellent cookie experience
Ordered a personalised smartie cookie for my godson’s birthday - good advice on the website about how far in advance to order, good updates about the progression of my order. The cookie arrived well wrapped and looking brilliant. My godson loved it, apparently it was delicious, though COVID restrictions gave him the perfect excuse not to share any so I’ll take his word for it! Overall I was really pleased with the cookie and the service and would definitely recommend

We do separate our selves from the competition by using chocolate to personalise in, yes it's harder and more expensive for us to do, but ultimately, the chocolate text enhances the flavours of our cookie cakes rather than overpowering it with sugary decoration.
We want our customers to receive a beautifully decorated cookie cake but its important to us as a brand to ensure the cookie taste great at the same time.

Really pleased, made a great gift
Really pleased! Ordered a cookie for a birthday, was able to select what day it would be delivered. Received emails updating me when the order was accepted, being prepared and being shipped. Cookie looked great, the personalisation was brilliant and the product was packaged well. The only thing I would critique is that the packaging wasn't very environmentally friendly.
Edit: Really pleased to hear that eco-friendly packaging is used, would love to see this displayed on the website as this is so significant and would encourage me to choose Andy and Sarah’s over another brand 🙂

Regarding our packaging, we use a biodegradable box with natural wood wool, eco-friendly bubble wrap with biodegradable vacuum bag. Since your order, we have switched sellotape to a eco-friendly paper tape. We would like to welcome our 100% eco friendly packaging :)

Absolutely 5 star, was very impressed with all the communication via email after I had brought the Giant Cookie letting me know what was happening.
I was even given a discount code so made everything even more perfect!
Will most certainly buy from them again Thankyou so much for everything 😊
& also quick to reply to me on eBay when I asked about what the gift wrapping looked like and they sent me pics whilst also updating their listing.
