Impressed with order and delivery
Not used this company before and came across them by chance. Ordered after reading good reviews. Bought lovely Disney loungefly Up passport bag. Arrived really quicky and well packaged. Impressed and would use again. 👍

Anime Figure Purchase
I was a bit hesitant of this site at first considering not many people have talked about it. I ordered it on the 9th of august and received it a few days ago. I’m happy with the delivery considering i ordered it on a Monday. I’m satisfied with the quality of my figures and the prices for them as well. Shipping wasn’t that expensive, I would 100% order from here again.

Stayed true to their pre-order release date for the item & kept me very much in the loop if there were any changes or updates. the package arrived only a day after they said it was shipped out & the packaging was very professional and box was well kept. all around great service if you’re interested in purchasing figures or anything of that sort. highly recommend.

Very happy with the order, had to wait a while but that totally wasn’t their fault and it was sent as soon as they had it. Arrived safe and sound and would order from here again.

Preordered means nothing
Preordered 2 figures. Both were delayed by months, but understanding times are hard, supply chains are under pressure, I was happy to wait.
But then 1 was delivered while the other figure was delayed again....then again.
It was hard watching other sites selling the same figure for a fraction of the price while my "preorder" remained delayed. Ebay was flooded with the thing for litterly pennies. Otakuhypes policy of "you cancel you lose your money" should also have a clause of "we fail to provide we refund you".
Their poor procurement procedures should not be inflicted upon the customers pocket. Preorder should mean I get my figure at the point of release, not 4 months later.
I would not recommend or use ever again.

Hi, we are sorry about the delays you have experienced, I can only guess this was a prize figure from Taito as these are the only figures that get delayed for us but also end up on ebay. The reason this happens is Taito figures are made for claw machines in Japan, they can be won and sold on, we as a company need to purchase these from the distributors.
"Ebay was flooded with the thing for litterly pennies" I would be careful with this as you may obtain a counterfeit product.
If a product is delayed many times we do refund the total cost, we have done this many times already, we also never keep all the customers money, we don't have a policy where you request to cancel and we keep all the money.
We would like to help but we are unable to know what figure was involved and who purchased it.
